They answered within a day and let me know that they were going to do their best to accommodate me. And they absolutely overdelivered. I was introduced to one of the sweetest person I've ever met Ofelia Castillo! She was my stylist and she made me feel like I was at home and she did an incredible job. But I went to Eriselda's salon and was NOT disappointed. To have someone actually listen to what I wanted for a color and cut was refreshing!!! Ofelia listened and customized a color and perfectly cut my hair and styled it how I wear it daily. She is a great artist and is passionate and professional , definitely loves what she does. She always makes you feel beautiful about yourself. Ofelia also sells products that help maintain healthy hair.
