I've been here more times than I can count! Obviously I like the food. But I think that staff needs to be recognized particularly at this Flat Rock location. Everyone working seems to have a good attitude, they care about the food they make. And they're happy to help out the cashiers when things get busy. I've been going to for three years since I moved to the flat rock area the people at the register, always friendly, always helpful no real exchange with the rest of the crew, but tonight, I know that one of them was a we ask for California mild no no hot sauce. It burned my much. I couldn't finish the didn't result in a good relationship since the person answering the phone said that there was a customer bringing back a meal that was wrong or prepared wrong because it was too hot and spicy and whoever responded as a indicated there was nothing they could do about it since they were so rude.
