They are literally done making your tacos within like 10-15 minutes after ordering and this is a popular place so they're always having customers there's rarely a time that they don't have someone coming in but there's never a wait or a delay because they are so good with just whipping it together. The only thing you would be waiting on is to place your order but not even a long wait at all and honestly, if you're already outside, it's easier to just walk in than to Call. But it is easy to call, especially if you haven't even left home yet but like I said they make that food fast so be ready to be in the car already while you're on the phone. I haven't tried anything other than the regular tacos, all different meats . They have never gotten an order wrong in all the years I've ordered carryout from them. Everything is packaged with care. They offer gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options that are just as yummy as the meat options. And they have the most delicious quesadillas I've ever had.
