Honestly, I've been going to this dispensary for over 12 years and Jeff who's now a manager is unbelievably the worst customer service, unprofessional, bad attitude, and condescending. He occurs like he is doing you a favor. He's condescending, rude and it's very impatient. Jeff should not be in customer service working with people- you don't belong in this business! He has zero people skills! read more

I went there for early bird special after I read updated menu that Syndicate green packs were 40% off , I even showed the budtender in real time from Syndicate site. The tender acknowledged and said it was typo and would not honor discount and I drove from Van Nuys. I still supported and bought a gold pack but I am very disappointed and think it's bad business to not honor discount when it was on the menu. Do better! read more

This place is a hidden gem. I feel like a real gangster when I shop here, the decor is so cool lol. The prices are awesome, the staff is great as well. Shout out to Mahak and Christina for showing me some good stuff! Lot of brands I haven't even heard of. I'll be back soon for more goodies!! Thanks again read more

Worst customer service in Woodland Hills location!!! Extremely rude. I would only recommend Tarzana facility.

Do not recommend to buy any house products specially the$20 house joints they're garbage

Only shop I'll frequent. Prices are immaculate and right now their pricing for the month of April is top tier. Go stock up!

I prefer the Tarzana location even though I live closer to the Northridge one. Security is always cool, but the tenders are a hit or miss and almost always try to keep your change when you use debit. read more

I purchased a nitrous tank from the smoking side while I was on my way home from my friend's place. I drove 45 min home and when I got home It was empty. I called as soon as I realized (less than an hour after purchasing) to get a refund and they said I would have to come back in, but like I said, it is a 45min drive. They were unwilling to help me. I plan on putting a stop payment on my credit card. I highly do not recommend a place with these sort of business practices. read more

These people are garbage.. everything they sell is garbage...there selling DMT OUT OF THERE...AND ITS GARBAGE.. there scamming people and charging tax on illegal substance...I bought 3 mushrooms candy bars..they were bunk..they denied my return with a receipt..I'm going to shut that party down...clowns read more

terrible customer service. it was my first time in, the girl working there was sweet welcomed me in and asked if i was looking for something. the guy with the mustache at the register told her to go help the other customer. so i decided to just look around and find what i was looking for. then that guy came to help me, every question i asked was met with a big sigh. this place felt so unwelcoming the minute the guy got involved. the girl was sweet, even the security guard was welcoming but i for sure won't be back over that mustache guys attitude read more

LOVE this place! The vibes are chill, the decor is so cool, secret door is SICK. It feels more like an exotic experience than a typical dispensary. Prices are super reasonable, especially considering the quality, and they run awesome daily deals. I always leave happy, both with the product and the whole experience. If you haven't checked out The Syndicate yet, you're missing out! read more

I feel like they robbed me. I SUGGEST YOU TO NOT BUY "THE SYNDICATE BRAND" the stuffs don't work and they won't refund you or exchange it for you. Even if it bad from factory. I'm not a regular customer, I go to this shop almost every week.. Yesterday I bought a Cartridge from their brand "The Syndicate" I had a battery that I bought a week ago but I needed a new cartridge. I went yesterday to get one and sadly didn't work which I saved my receipt and box to take it back today after work. I went today 07/27/2023 around 6:05pm to 6:13pm and this female with a rude as attitude, helped me out she took a look at my cartridge but said was good telling me my battery was bad, I showed her my battery worked by hitting it inside and showing her. She said to give a try to the new one and still didn't work. She suggested to buy a new battery which i told her my battery works no need, how about she gives me another cartridge and I can try that. After she told me that everything is final sale which I know Is B.S! Because is not on their website nor posted on the walls... Honestly I loved this place but now knowing they have someone like that there definitely has changed my mind. I have advise the people I recommended because is not just me. I told her you guys rather loose customers over this, she said "ahaha I guess." Technically don't care . Never had such a bad customer service. Someone like that can't work in this field. Is not about the money at all is about why treat customers this way. read more

The Syndicate - This is the battery as you can see it works, I know for a fact it was the cartridge. - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Reseda, California

Love!!! Staff is always wonderful! Great Prices too :) good weekly deals!! Their named brand joints are the best

A big mistake not walking out when I realized that they let their tenders rip off customers and not issue the ftp as advertised by making bogus excuses.Stay away from this place. It's overpriced and lousy product. read more

Don't get me wrong prices are great. But dispo stopped working, this shop is know for giving out stuff that doesn't work and won't allow you to trade it therefore scamming people. Buy at your own risk but there is a 50/50 chance it will NOT work and you will NOT be able to switch like majority of shops throughout California. read more

The staff is friendly don't get me wrong. But their stuff is pretty weighed, usually dry. And although you can pay with debit card the only no tip option rounds to your nearest dollar as a cash back option. If you don't ask for your "tip/cashback" they won't mention it and keep the money. 2 stars just cause the staff is friendly. But otherwise it is just overpriced. 60 to 70 bucks for topshelf 8th of 3.5g, east side of the valley there are spots that can getting 14g for 100 bucks. Came a few times to give it a chance but definitely not worth it, maybe last minute purchases if needed but definitely not a first choice read more

I live right around the corner from there literally within walking distance. Whenever I go there the people are cool and they are always having promotions and discounts. Another thing that makes it rather unique is it has like a secret entrance that looks like a bookcase. I "highly" recommend it! read more

Definitely disappointed with my purchase today the first time I ever actually do delivery & just was given probably the worst batch of meds ever but because I did purchase other items atleast so I have something, also waited 2.5 hours. Super disappointed.. read more

Beware, they charge a fee if you use a debit card and they do not accept credit. Who carries cash nowadays ?

Can't return if item dosent work any other dispo in Cali allows you to do this. Got in the car after a long day at work seen their was a dispo down the street aka syndicate went in thought the actual inside was very nice bought my jeeter and literally batterie is broken lights up I charged it nothing. All in all this dispo is a joke read more

The costumer service here is terrible. I've been going here for over a year and everytime I come the guys are super rude. I've had a bad cart 2 times in a row and the guy here said it was my fault and my battery that broke the cart. He argued with my husband for a bit and it was really uncalled for. You definitely lost a costumer. Get better employees Syndicate.... read more

They told me I couldn't get anything because they need to register me in the system. Eventhough I told them I have a medcard and an ID. They were rude and unhelpful. DO NOT GO THERE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE read more

Showed up 10 minutes before closing and they wouldn't let us in because we were considered " new clients" and would take too long to check in although I have been a customer for them before at a different location and it only takes a minute to sign in. read more

Nice new location for my favorite dispensary! Besides having great product and prices and deals, their interior design is THE BEST EVER!!! Decorated like a speakeasy and makes me feel special every time I go in. Great people working there, friendly faces. I'll definitely go back, might be my new spot! read more

Great customer service! Helped me find the right strain for me and it was tasty and potent! I'll be back here!

Decent selection of flower. They have issues with giving the correct change. I had 2 incidents where I used a card and the girl with the fake bubbly attitude didn't give me my change back. I looked at my receipt and was owed about $2 from using my debit card. When I asked about my money she was sarcastic and still proceeded to give me like 80 cents when it should have been $2 or so. I walked away thinking it was a one off incident. The 2nd time I used cash and was owed about $1.50. The same girl proceeds to give me 6 cents lol. I again asked for the correct change and she starts going into the tip jar like the owner doesn't drive a lambo. Not sure what the issue is. I talked to the manager who seemed more upset about me bringing this up to his attention. It's okay, there are plenty of shops who have the basic knowledge of giving customers correct change. I don't steal from them not sure why they are looking to steal from me. Won't be going to this location anymore. The reseda one is a far better experience. Be watchful of your transaction if shopping there. read more

Always amazing staff and deals. Their products are endless and so many brand names. This is now my regular shop!

My first experience at the syndicate was amazing. From the staff to the selection of strains to the overall ambience, This spot is a home run. I was attended by AMIR Who was pretty honest and straightforward about how the shop is ran and the overall policies in place. Customer service was great and everybody was friendly. And plus who doesn't like the speakeasy vibes!!!! I will be a returning customer for life!!! read more

This place has many options to chose from and the deals they offer every day are amazing

I went here a few times and had no complaints or anything bad to say. Prices and tax are decent, product is good quality, staff and security are nice, convenient location and parking. They take debit cards and have an ATM but if you use the debit card they will give you the service fee back in cash which is nice. My go to shop for weed. read more
