I went there for early bird special after I read updated menu that Syndicate green packs were 40% off , I even showed the budtender in real time from Syndicate site. The tender acknowledged and said it was typo and would not honor discount and I drove from Van Nuys. I still supported and bought a gold pack but I am very disappointed and think it's bad business to not honor discount when it was on the menu. Do better! read more

I purchased a nitrous tank from the smoking side while I was on my way home from my friend's place. I drove 45 min home and when I got home It was empty. I called as soon as I realized (less than an hour after purchasing) to get a refund and they said I would have to come back in, but like I said, it is a 45min drive. They were unwilling to help me. I plan on putting a stop payment on my credit card. I highly do not recommend a place with these sort of business practices. read more

I feel like they robbed me. I SUGGEST YOU TO NOT BUY "THE SYNDICATE BRAND" the stuffs don't work and they won't refund you or exchange it for you. Even if it bad from factory. Yesterday I bought a Cartridge from their brand "The Syndicate" I had a battery that I bought a week ago but I needed a new cartridge. I went yesterday to get one and sadly didn't work which I saved my receipt and box to take it back today after work. I went today 07/27/2023 around 6:05pm to 6:13pm and this female with a rude as attitude, helped me out she took a look at my cartridge but said was good telling me my battery was bad, I showed her my battery worked by hitting it inside and showing her. She said to give a try to the new one and still didn't work. She suggested to buy a new battery which i told her my battery works no need, how about she gives me another cartridge and I can try that. After she told me that everything is final sale which I know Is B.S! Because is not on their website nor posted on the walls... Honestly I loved this place but now knowing they have someone like that there definitely has changed my mind. I have advise the people I recommended because is not just me. I told her you guys rather loose customers over this, she said "ahaha I guess." Technically don't care . Never had such a bad customer service. Someone like that can't work in this field. Don't get me wrong prices are great. But dispo stopped working, this shop is know for giving out stuff that doesn't work and won't allow you to trade it therefore scamming people. The staff is friendly don't get me wrong. But their stuff is pretty weighed, usually dry. And although you can pay with debit card the only no tip option rounds to your nearest dollar as a cash back option. If you don't ask for your "tip/cashback" they won't mention it and keep the money. 2 stars just cause the staff is friendly. But otherwise it is just overpriced. 60 to 70 bucks for topshelf 8th of 3.5g, east side of the valley there are spots that can getting 14g for 100 bucks. The costumer service here is terrible. I've been going here for over a year and everytime I come the guys are super rude. I've had a bad cart 2 times in a row and the guy here said it was my fault and my battery that broke the cart. He argued with my husband for a bit and it was really uncalled for. Decent selection of flower. They have issues with giving the correct change. I had 2 incidents where I used a card and the girl with the fake bubbly attitude didn't give me my change back. I looked at my receipt and was owed about $2 from using my debit card. When I asked about my money she was sarcastic and still proceeded to give me like 80 cents when it should have been $2 or so. I walked away thinking it was a one off incident. The 2nd time I used cash and was owed about $1.50. The same girl proceeds to give me 6 cents lol. I again asked for the correct change and she starts going into the tip jar like the owner doesn't drive a lambo. Not sure what the issue is. I talked to the manager who seemed more upset about me bringing this up to his attention. It's okay, there are plenty of shops who have the basic knowledge of giving customers correct change. I don't steal from them not sure why they are looking to steal from me. Won't be going to this location anymore. The reseda one is a far better experience.
