I reported to the employee on duty that dryer # 29 did not dry my clothes. The employee followed me to dryer #29 and touched the clothes and agreed they were not dry. I asked for a refund and I was told that I had to write my name and number and she would give it to the owner and the owner would contact me. After several weeks I still had not received a call from the owner therefore, I returned to Soap City and I spoke to the same employee ( I reminded her who I was) about the refund. I was told that the owner had taken my information " but she's really busy". I asked " should I hear from her soon"? She said "yes". It's 8 months later and I have not heard from the owner. I asked if they cannot fix the jacket what are next steps. The owner said we will replace. I left the jacket with a sample jacket of the fit. I flew in town to pick up. The jacket is tight across the chest and short on the arms and the length is shortened. Her response was for me to leave the jacket again for them to keep trying to unshrink. Then they tried to blame the fabric. If you thought the fabric was an issue, you should have said something when I brought it in and I would not have used your cleaners to dry clean.
