I reported to the employee on duty that dryer # 29 did not dry my clothes. The employee followed me to dryer #29 and touched the clothes and agreed they were not dry. I asked for a refund and I was told that I had to write my name and number and she would give it to the owner and the owner would contact me. After several weeks I still had not received a call from the owner therefore, I returned to Soap City and I spoke to the same employee ( I reminded her who I was) about the refund. I was told that the owner had taken my information " but she's really busy". I asked " should I hear from her soon"? She said "yes". It's 8 months later and I have not heard from the owner. I'm still waiting for my refund.

A nice customer let me know a machine is was going to use was out order with no tag and he had to ring out his clothes. This place could benefit from some minor maintenance. I list $20 and had reassuring my clothes 40 minutes away.

One day I came in the morning with my laundry and there was a man in there with a broom telling me "You can't be here:... I asked "I can't do my laundry?" He said "Are you doing laundry" (my laundry literally in my hands) and said I "looked homeless" so... I asked if he discriminated against the homeless... and he started screaming at the top of his lungs that he'd call the cops because evidentially he does discriminate and he is a big man-Karen who does not appreciate having customers. It may be dangerous to wash up here the guy does not appreciate paying clientele I am sorry to say. All I ever did was walk through the door with laundry... I think the man's a bigot.
