Pepper steak goulash. Comes served over rice (I asked for way less rice than the usual serving)
Amanda F.

Took the gondola up to have lunch at the summit. Lunch had just opened so there wasn't a rush or line. We glanced at all the offerings and decided on the goulash, the chili and the salad bar. After all, the pizza and the burgers didn't look great. The goulash was an excellent choice, and is served over rice. I only wished that it was served over cauliflower rice, but they did not have that option. So I opted for a tiny scoop of rice. The chili had toppings available but were doled out by restaurant staff. So you had no control over how much sour cream and cheese they put on. The salad bar is your best bet. They charge by the size of the plate, not by its weight!!! So pile it on, sister. Get your fill. You're like me, you don't mind all your food on top of each other, the salad bar is a great bargain. Two Water is available at the solids stations for free. They have large red cups for it. Seating can get full quickly; the view through the windows is amazing. They have some beer for sale at a separate window. Bathrooms are clean. Overall, minimal offerings for lunch at this place. Wish there were more.

The tram ride up to The Summit is always an adventure. Going for events at The Summit makes it a little extra special. Like taking the train to Hogwarts. Even without an event, the hiking during the summer up here is phenomenal, as is the skiing in-season. They just about give you a reason to come up any time of the year.

$8.00 for half a sandwich and 6 carrots

Tried to get a kids grilled cheese ($8) and side of soup ($3.50), cause I figured that'd be enough to get me through the day. The guy gave me a grilled cheese and soup (like I'd ordered) and then they tried to charge me $18.00 for the sandwich alone. I told them I had ordered the kids one, they said oh okay we'll take that back for you. They literally just took half the sandwich off my plate and threw it in the trash (right in front of me), then gave it back. Snowbird has signs all over the resort about wasting water, what about wasting food?? I was appalled. They'd rather waste perfectly cooked food than give it to customers.

What a spectacular view! I cannot say enough about the location. The ride up is truly worthwhile on its own. The food is a bit expensive but you are at 11,000 feet of elevation an the peak of a mountain so all that considered, it's a fair price. I had the bratwurst and that was delicious. Came loaded with sauerkraut which really paired well with the sweetness of the caramelized sausage. We also had a slice of the four cheese pizza and that was really good too. A bit expensive (~$10 a large slice). They use high quality cheese and you can tell because when it is baked the cheese does not separate creating puddles of grease like other cheep pizzas. The box of veggies with hummus was also fairly tasty. The selection overall is limited but everything seems to be of quality. The staff was very friendly and they even recommend you not buy bottled water (~$7) and use the soda machine's water dispenser . Really looking forward to my next visit.

Being this was our first time at snowbird, we were really surprised to find such a beautiful and modern lodge at almost 11,000 feet. But low and behold at the very top, there it was. The building has huge floor to ceiling windows which give you a nice view of the whole place. Even more surprising was the food that was served. I have been to other summit lodges and most of the time it was like fries and hot dogs. But this place has artisan pizza, a carvery, sandwiches and salads bars just to name a few. I ended up getting some Utah lamb with sides of potatoes and broccoli. The food was pretty good. The lamb was nice and tender with a decent enough portion. The price was a little on the expensive side but nothing too crazy. It was nice to relax at the top with good food and drinks and just take in the views.

One amazing after the other.

You've made it. World class skiing and riding beneath your very feet. You crushed the powder all morning long and your gas tank is on empty. My newest and favorite place to recharge (if you're not doing laps and eating on the lifts) is The Summit at Snowbird. The views are worth the break even if you don't eat anything. Snowbird decided to go all in when they built this place last summer (2015) and it shows. I've talked about the views that go on for miles on a bluebird day (you can see all the way down to the valley). I'm almost convinced I could see Park City too?! The quality and reasonable pricing of the food make it the ideal spot to meet up with your friends and warm up. They even have some Wasatch brew on tap if you're staying for an extended break. Large tables inside accommodate a big crew and the super strong and speedy Wi-Fi give you a chance to connect to the outside world and brag about your face shots from the morning. I highly recommend The Summit as a stopover at some point of your day. Don't forget to drink up with the H20- no altitude sickness allowed, alright?!

First time to be here. My wife and I went for their Full Moon Dinner. It was a blast for us. The experience is pretty awesome - the Tram ride is already a great experience, then you have the magnificent view of the Wasatch. OMG, you can't get enough of that. The views are great coupled with a great service and food - what more can you ask for! The tall glass windows that surround The Summit takes your breath away as you take in the views that surrounds you while you dine. The Summit doesn't disappoint with their food offerings as well during the dinner service. We will definitely be back. I know there's another dinner experience scheduled next week - Western Cook Out. The Summit likewise offers weekend brunch. We haven't tried that, but it's in our list already.

Awesome salad bar! Enjoyed eating at the highest restaurant in Utah. Thanks for the upgrade.

The sourdough crust is spot-on: light, airy with just the right chew and those signature leopard-spotted char marks that show real care in the oven. The confit garlic cloves melt into creamy, almost buttery pockets of flavor, and the fresh oregano adds a bright, herbaceous lift that keeps every bite balanced and never overwhelming. It's the kind of minimalist pizza that reminds you why classics endure: high-quality tomatoes, perfectly confited garlic (so much better than raw or even roasted), and restrained seasoning let the flavors shine. Coming through and checking out the Roundhouse we were craving some local food and found this on…read moreYelp and decided to make the little drive to the other side of town where the locals go. This place is attached to the bowling alley and we arrived around 2:30 ish and it did look closed from the street since no one was there at that time but they were indeed open so definitely don't let that sway you. The ladies were friendly and welcoming and we found out they make most all the sauces fresh in house. We opted for the Bacon Jam pizza which was a nice change of pace. Homemade bacon jam, steak, grilled onions and green poblano and corn I believe... it was delicious. We also ordered the pickle fries which were hot and crispy and the homemade ranch really was perfect for them. Thank you Moria and Ashley we wish we would still be around on Thursday to come in again for $1 bowling and to try another pizza, but sadly we were just passing through. Yelpers if you are looking for great priced and great tasting pizza come give this local business a try!

We were immediately concerned that the menu had changed pretty considerably when comparing the menu that's currently available on Yelp. We switched our previous decisions as to what we may have ordered, and looked at what was available currently. (They apparently have had a change of ownership/management) We ordered a pepperoni, with olives, mushrooms and fresh garlic. It was a really good pizza! The toppings were generous, and the sauce and cheese were delicious! it was the kind of slice that's difficult to get to your plate without leaving a string of yummy mozzarella that refuses to let get of the pie! The crust was really tasty too. They rub the outer crust with garlic butter for a really nice golden and garlicky finish, and although it was close to being a little too brown on the bottom, it still had a really nice crunch and chewy nature. It was a wonderful way to end the day! The folks at the full bar were very sweet and friendly, as was the bartender/manager/owner/chef (?). We will definitely go out of our way to visit again when driving through, maybe we'll even have time to bowl!

I loved it the last time I came and it sounded good again. Let's start off that today is Thursday night and it is packed in here. There's no parking, and there are only 3 regular spots and one handicapped spaces. The neighborhood must really hate this restaurant because the streets surrounding this restaurant are filled with cars. We ordered the Importance of Fried Cheese (mozzarella cheese). It was lightly coated and seasoned. However, we found that it needed a touch more salt. Then there's the sauce. The house marinara is to die for. The spices of onions garlic, oregano, and other spices blended well with the chunks of tomatoes turning this mixture into a heavenly dip. I ordered the Sausage King of Chicago with mushrooms. I love this crust! It is light and airy and maintains crunchy. It is so filling that I could only eat two pieces. More leftovers!!! My only complain is that they only put drops of that heavenly marinara sauce on each slice. Next time I will ask for them to put extra sauce on my pizza. My wife ordered a keto pepperoni and olive pizza. Her crust was made out of sausages. She loved it! We all had the pizzas we wanted and had yummy leftovers. Even though the parking sucks, I can't wait to go back!
