However her her skills are even more terrified. When she blew dry my hair, it felt like she wanted to rip off my scalp by keep pulling my hair aggressively. I originally had contacted Kendra about going blonde and getting new hair extensions, and she was so knowledgeable and upfront about all that was involved. At the time I was unfortunately still wearing NBR and like an idiot, went somewhere else. A couple months later, I reached out to her again, and again she was so helpful and informative. I ended up booking with her, having my old extensions removed, and replaced with new hair, and going blonde. My only regret is not having gone to her in the first place. Her method of installing extensions, her coloring technique, everything she does, related to hair, is A+. Before Kendra, I HAD to have my hair colored with every extension move up, but with Kendra, I can easily wait until every other move up/maintenance appointment. My color looks "lived in" which is exactly what I always wanted. Even though I wear very long extensions, it all looks like my real hair. Kendra is a very busy woman, and I can see why, I almost hate to leave this review, because she might have even less time for me to book. Regardless, she is well worth the wait, and I will NOT go anywhere else. Her salon is also so pretty, the staff are all friendly, and it's an easy location to find, park etc. I've also just gone in for blow outs, with other stylists and it's all such a good experience. Don't think twice about getting extensions with Kendra. It's worth every penny for quality hair and expertise. Jill did my haircut and she was also amazing- showed me pictures of recent work to confirm that was the look I was going for. This might actually be the first haircut I have ever gotten and not immediately regretted (1 week since, and still loving it!) Now this is where I feel the salon went above and beyond and I really, truly appreciate their time and client experience. My cut was also very well suited for me and what I was looking for. They are very helpful and pleasant. I would have given 5 stars but for the cost.
