I was that comfortable and appreciated the me time and peaceful sounds. At one point you do hear the crashing sounds of a gong or horn (sorry first time and don't know the terminology) that were a little too loud that is what startled me and I was not able to go back into the concentration. Only downfall was they forgot to give me my blanket to cover up with so I was freezing the entire time. It's not a place you can raise your hand or yell out. I appreciate they do provide lockers, that you can personalize during your visit, with included phone chargers, clean bathrooms and a selection of warm teas.

It's a Cute & small studio located on the second floor. They do validate parking in garage and valet. If you valet, it's only about 90 minutes, whereas if you park in the garage, it's unlimited time. The parking garage is very spacious and well lit with an elevator. Christina & Nhi are great instructors and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You are not expected to do anything you can't do. The class is to relax and for your body a good stretch. It's very chill and vibey there. I recommend trying the out through classpass or about $38 per class. They also offer memberships.

I keep taking him on Friday nights which is "open gym" and I hope to get him enrolled in classes pretty soon. They offer a variety of classes for different ages and skill levels. I really liked the art all around the gym (superhero themed) but what I fell in love with was the atmosphere at the gym. The staff is there to answer any questions you might have ( I had a million) and is very patient and accommodating. The coaches are full of energy and they like to joke around with the kids. They play a lot of game that sure get my brother tired and ready for bed. I'm extremely glad I found a gym where I can trust to leave my little brother and where he really looks forward to going every week.

I really enjoyed it the first 3 times. The instructors were really friendly and helpful. Getting to the location was a bit difficult at first because they were under renovations and classes were moving around the building, but now they have a select room for their classes. On Labor Day, free classes were offered and I signed myself up with 5 other people. It was a full class and there were 2 instructors, Lauren and Nicole. We all had a nice workout and everyone really enjoyed using silk as part of the yoga exercise. I love that the silk aided in stretching out our muscles and working on our core. It was really fun and I felt great when it all ended. I'm really thinking about getting the unlimited membership. I always enjoy my time here and also feel so rejuvenated when I leave.

The receptionists spent time going over the package options with me for my short stay here, the instructor I met, Riri, was great and had a really good, challenging class! The location has ample parking, the studios are beautiful - I was so shocked to see two stories and multiple rooms hosting classes simultaneously. It's really great here and I'm looking forward to taking more classes!

The reviews were all over the place & none were recent so I decided to try it & get my own opinion. I called about 8;45pm on a Friday night knowing they closed at 9. Then I texted the # apologing for the late hour & let Crystal know we could talk the next day. She was so sweet & opened up a session the next day at 2:30 for me. I loved the massage & after she did something to my back I actually smiled when the pain left my body. I didn't realize before then that I have RBF (resting B face). Not intentionally but because I'm worried about everyone in our family. My current health situation is not good and for some it's fatal. So I've been cleaning out closets, gave jewelry to my grown kids, and am currently looking for a cancer retreat center where I can heal, get some strength back, & work on my diet & exercise. I shared my situation with Crystal & she focused on removing the toxins from my body that the chemo & radiation have caused. She is a professional & very good at her craft. She suggested I come back & start some very basic intro yoga classes they offer and can work my way up at my own pace. I have rented an Airbnb in Mexico so I can afford to have a personal trainer, chef, & hopefully a driver but I plan on back to Crystal until I leave. She's wonderful, caring, & I'm so glad I decided to make my own opinion. I live & breathe with reviews & never try new places without checking Yelp first. I attended my first class in October 2022 which was a silks conditioning class taught by Chelsea Lu. Although I didn't learn much silk technique, the conditioning class was a great workout! I've also attended a few lyra and trapeze classes taught by Nikki and Caiya, respectively. In addition, I have attended an open studio session to try out flying pole. I would say that trapeze has been my favorite apparatus so far! Overall, I really like the community here, and the aerialists are much friendlier and welcoming than previous studios I've been to. I also really appreciate the owner, Caiya. She has always made her studio a safe space for my husband and I to learn new skills and have fun without any judgement! Another thing I really like about this studio is that they even offer children's circus classes, so there is something for everyone at any age or gender. The location is a bit hard to find at first, but there are directions on the website. Since the studio is only 5 minutes away from us, we tend to frequent this studio. I am looking forward to putting my future children in circus classes as well!

You can find it on Google Maps, but it requires driving through a giant lot beside random warehouses and going under two overpasses (Shepherd Drive and Durham Drive). There is a private parking lot with plenty of spaces, so you will always have a free place to park. I started training at Cai Circus in August 2022 solely to improve my flexibility and mobility. I have a background in yoga and calisthenics, and I was wanting to push my body to further levels. After observing the weird aerial apparatuses hanging from the ceiling, I was curious and drawn to explore them all.
