The seamstress Garine was kind and helpful, but another employee Zina was so incredibly rude. She came off very kind in the beginning but she is a very hostile woman who made the entire experience a very sad one for me and it's still on my mind. When I went to pick up my dress, she called me and immediately accused me of being "disrespectful" for not doing all my alterations with them--something that was never stated to me as a clear policy. In person, she continued to speak to me harshly and said I wasted their time and what I did was not acceptable. She said it so many times and so aggressively I started to cry, and only then she felt bad for being so ridiculously harsh. I even offered to apologize to her seamstress who she claims I was wasting her time, to which she then told told me "it's not a big deal" To make it worse, I was quoted $50 but charged $75 with no clear explanation. I did not want to further argue so I paid what was asked. I went in to pick up my wedding dress, an experience every girl wants to remember for the rest of their lives and left feeling upset and honestly in tears. No customer should be treated this way. Would not recommend doing business with someone like her.

It was completely unplanned so I wasn't too bummed when I saw the "appointments only" sign on the door. Instead of walking away, I decided to go inside and ask if I can try on some veils. Lisa and Sienna were both very friendly and helped me right away due to a cancellation. Lisa's dog was also nicely perched at the counter greeting clients. I showed Lisa and Sienna what my dress and shoes look like and asked for recommendations. I tried a few veils of different styles and lengths, but nothing really called out to me. Lisa went digging and came back with the veil of my dreams. I knew I had to buy the veil after trying it on. It was an absolute gorgeous statement piece. It is not like the dresses here are inexpensive. The man that works there, Johnny, is nice. But he is seriously lacking in a lot of responsibility, reliability, and overall customer service. ( we even had to ask him if he was high at one point, seriously). I walked in with the bride and the rest of the bridal party. We all chose our own style of dresses, yet we stressed to him how important it was that all the dresses were the same exact color. He said yes yes don't worry they will all be the same color, he seemed so calm about it so after a being a bit skeptical I decided to trust him. Note, we tried to get the cheapest dresses, yet we paid $97. Dresses come in a couple of days later, my dress was the wrong color, another dress was out of stock, the third dress came in the right color. To make this easier, we all decided to wear the same dress (the one that came in the right color). Therefore we let him know and he said he would order them. About a week later the bride calls to ask for our dresses. He said there was a slight problem. The car where all of the dresses were in was impounded (who knows why) and all of our dresses were held at the impound. Dresses finally make it back to his shop. We can't pick them up on Thursday (2 days before the wedding) because they are being "altered".The bride finally picks them up and hands them out. They fit us all super big, I got a 2XL, when I am a size 5/6. And let me tell you, these dresses are not altered at all. I know what an altered dress looks like and these dresses were in their original state. Another weird thing, the dresses were filled with cat hair or something, so disgusting. And they were super wrinkly. This was a very stressful situation, thankfully my mother knows how to alter dresses. There is no way I'm taking it back to actually get altered one day before the wedding! I do not trust them at all, who know what could happen this time. Wow was this a harsh experience. Especially for the bride who has more things going on. And another thing when the bride walks in she sees some girl working in her dress, her dress was laid out on a table, and she saw many customers grabbing it and what not. Like I said if you are a bride the last thing you want is more stress, so I suggest to think about it twice before you decide to come here.
