I've had a lot of bad experiences with roadside hot dogs, but Mitch's Roadside Grill knows how to do a great hot dog. To start with they use good hot dogs with natural casing. The adult entertainment store parking lot location just adds to the "Jerseyness" ambiance of the place in the best possible way. The last time I asked, I thought...let me switch up my wording, so I mentioned that I would like the final amount, so I know how much to pay for the deposit. The person says 25%. Really, well 25% of what. So I send over my card info and say look, just use this for the deposit. The person asks, how did I pay for the deposit without the bill. OMG, I didn't cause getting a bill seems to be an issue, so let me give you the card, so you can charge it whenever you decide to get a bill together. Wings had no taste. I tried 2 flavors. To be honest, I'm not which was which, they both tasted the same, bland. So, I get the final bill and pay it. Days later, I'm getting emails that I owe them money, so I go on the link to pay the bill and it says it was already paid. The person says they are not seeing the payment, so they send me a new link. I pay it again. A month later, I get the credit card bill, I'm charged twice. Now, no one will get back to me.

There was something spicy in the sandwich and the chicken wings were very dry. The breakfast egg sandwich was served on a potato hamburger bun, with a cheese square and a bland fried egg. We did have a complaint to log during this event, however I found the owner(s) not accepting of ANY complaints because as stated by them they had never received a complaint. I was cut off immediately by the owner. Well, there is always a first time, and no person or business is perfect. I personally found this owner was very aggressive about receiving the complaint and didn't even want to hear it. For the reasons above that are based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this business.

The container in the picture on the left was to be a chicken quesadilla. When it arrived it came with Russian dressing. Barely any cheese & was dry. We called explained we were not satisfied, the person we spoke to sounded like they could careless.. After a few minutes they offered to replace them. Next we received a call back stating they did not have enough chicken to fill 2 orders... We asked for one to be beef, was told they were out of beef. When the replacement order arrived it was worse than the first. This time the chicken is dried & the cheese is funky. The only good thing is it came with sour cream & not salad dressing.. Very disappointed

I convinced my mom that we needed to try their INFAMOUS "Lomo Fries" we drove on Getty Ave begins St. Joes and at first we drove by it because it's parked on the sidewalk itself. So when looking for it don't drive by it and miss it. I ordered Lomo Fries and their wings combo. The Lomo Fries were AMAZINGGG, literally blew me out of this world, the juice that the steak tips had was very unique and they topped it off with another cream which enhanced the flavor. The fries were not soggy at all instead they absorbed the juice of the Lomo and were perfect. Typing this is making my stomach growl! Their wings were also delicious, I believe it was 8wings that were fresh and beautifully cooked in their special sauce which was perfectly spicy and the fries were fresh as well and not soggy. The wings combo comes with fries and a drink! The service was phenomenal as well and I was able to follow them on IG and now know where they are weekly and if they specials. It's a very exciting time for food trucks! I also got to talk to the chef who was very friendly and welcoming, definitely definitely recommend this food truck! My mom and I truly enjoyed this food truck and we will be back for round two, can't wait!
