Had to make a return visit to Station Bistro in Conway, and it definitely delivered again. I finally tried the Kickass Bowl--wow spicy in the best way and packed with flavor. So good I was thinking about it long after the last bite. Before leaving, I couldn't resist the bakery counter (dangerous in the best way). Such an incredible place! The food is amazing and I truly loved getting a matcha with blueberry cold foam as a vegan. I got a breakfast bowl with bacon. The seitan bacon was incredible and the cheddar cheese went perfectly with it. My friend who is a 10 year vegan was thoroughly impressed as well as myself. This was a delicious repeat stop on vacation. The cafe provided a comfortable space to grab a coffee, pastry, smoothie, sandwich, or salad that is 100% VEGAN and gluten free. Something for everyone except for the person that refuses to eat vegan. The breakfast sandwich and salad bowls made great to go lunches. The chicken and Waffles (tofu) was enough for 2 people. This place is so good. Everything is vegan and gluten free. Including the fryers! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and if you have another allergy, they take extra precaution when preparing your food. We had a smoothie, the falafel wrap, some cookies and the tater tots. Everything was absolutely delicious. The tater tots were so crispy! I loved the oatmeal raisin cookie and the falafel wrap had amazing flavors. Definitely a place to check out if you're in the area, we will absolutely be back! read more

Loved Station Bistro! The day we went it had been raining off and on with varying intensity all morning, so our plans for the day were out of whack. We had managed to get a hike in before lunch and were looking for a good meal that would warm us up. We were excited by the vegan options and they did not disappoint. They have a lot of options (for omnivores too) for breakfast and lunch, including gluten and dairy free. Don't miss getting something from their bakery display! I got a veggie wrap; everything was *very* fresh but it was pretty straightforward. I got a side order of truffle fries, which was more like spiced fries than true truffle fries. They came with a lot, and were perfectly crispy and starchy. My partner got falafel and it was fantastic. Also really fresh and herbacious and perfectly fried. I wish I ordered that too! They have a good amount of seating options, although the only accessible seating is the outdoor picnic tables and two armchairs (with no table) at one end of the restaurant. The rest are all high tops or taller stools. They have some board games; we played Battleship and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had all its pieces! The service was so friendly and fast. Everyone was very personable and you can tell that they care about the food they are making. Someone approached the manager (owner?) about getting a job there, and it was clear by how they talked to the potential employee that they put their heart into running the place. We wish we could have gone back for breakfast, hopefully next time. read more

This is now my go to place for breakfast and lunch when I am heading out of town. Mostly vegan options (but with chicken or tuna salad sandwiches), with gluten free baked goods. I ordered a vegan breakfast sandwich on a rosemary biscuit, with "eggs, cheese and sausage". It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had, and was so huge I ate it for two meals. This restaurant was formerly the Valley Smoothie in another location, so they still have a wide range of smoothies. Many non vegans such as myself are going here because the food is so good. I'm glad to see that they are very busy and hope that they continue to get folks to come in and try it. read more

We were very happy to find this little bistro on our trip to Fryeburg this year. Everything was so good. We got the hangover wrap and the kickass burrito and both were very flavorful. The cheeseburger fries were also delicious. I also got a slice of blueberry cake and haven't been able to eat that yet because I'm so full. Everyone there was very nice and we even chatted with the owner for a few and she was also very nice. The bistro is very cute, especially loved the bathroom decor.
