First, the cashier was rather rude when I asked for my eggs over medium and basically told me they could only be over hard or over easy. Once I said, I wanted them over easy there was more attitude and then I was told that there's no guarantee they would not be over easy as they are "very busy" . Her attitude was bizarre and almost as if I was inconveniencing them asking for an easy modification. It makes me think the eggs are not made to order. Also it was not peak breakfast at this time. It was 11:30 am. The sandwiches eggs did not come out over easy, but they were still yummy. Secondly, I had to make my own coffee and put the cream cheese on my own bagel... I was given the containers with a knife, which is fine, but keep that in mind when being asked to leave a tip. Also the cream cheese was unfortunately just Philadelphia brand with additives I avoid so I ended up not using the cream cheese anyway... wish I knew it wasn't homemade before I bought it. The bagel also tasted like it was Philadelphia brand at all, so don't order bagel if you want something authentic. The Portuguese muffin was incredible as was the croissant, so maybe I should not have diverted from the breakfast sandwich options. Overall though, I would not be back if in area. The experience put a bad taste in my mouth, which is hard to do regarding breakfast.
