Service was not good we were barely served while those around us were treated with much friendlier service. Our food was served hot but without much flavor. The burger was barely edible it was the worse dish we tried it was dry and lacked any flavor. . I really like the spinach dip and my nachos were good but lacked flavor, my friend went with chicken strips which she said were just OK. The place seemed like it caters more to the locals, so nope I will not be back.

It was dead on a Friday night so I'm a bit worried they won't last long, but hoping football season helps. Service was very attentive and responsive. We had pub basics and they were okay, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. It was a little off putting to see staff or maybe friends of staff playing video games on the giant screen in the back larger area. I realize no one was seated there, but we passed through to use the restrooms (which were dirty) and felt like we were interrupting. It didn't feel super welcoming, but I'd call it fine. Given multiple places in the neighborhood with pub style grub, we probably wouldn't make our way back unless it was at the request of friends or for an event. I wish them luck as it would be nice for more things to survive in the area.

This was our first time visiting this location for their costume Halloween party and everyone was friendly. That atmosphere was chill. We had a 9-10 out of 10 great time.

    Is the Staley dog friendly?

I don't believe you can bring them inside as Chicago laws prohibit them where food is served.

From the very start, I could tell that they're understaffed - the chef/owner is the only guy taking orders. He's nice, but he's got way too many tables and forgot some of our requests. The food was no better - I had an aioli made for me since I'm lactose intolerant that just ended up having no flavor. My friends' food also wasn't a hit. Can't recommend coming here to anyone.

The ambiance was amazing - they had a fireplace going and had Italian music playing and Christmas decorations up. It was such a cozy, homey vibe. Our service was quick and efficient, and the food was out of this world! We ordered everything to share and they gave us plenty of share plates and even portioned out our salad for us. We ordered the calamari appetizer, which was crispy, light, and delicious. We also shared a family-sized caesar salad. I really appreciated the homemade croutons - amazing! Oh, not to mention, they give you warm bread to dip in a homemade marinara sauce for the table when you arrive! For entrees, we shared the mushroom rissoto which was flavorful and rich, the pasta carbonara which was again rich and delicious, and the stuffed shells. Everything was incredible! For dessert, we shared a piece of Tiramisu and the canoli. Chef's kiss all around! Upstairs they have space for private parties. Looked super intimate and classy. That's where the restrooms are located, too. They have an elevator for access.

Came by and it was almost a full house but we were lucky enough to catch 3 seats at the bar. Guy behind the bar was cool as hell and took good care of us the whole time we were there. TVs were all in the right places to watch more games which was awesome! We shared a couple orders of BBQ and garlic parmesean wings as well as a large tin crust pepperoni and sausage pizza. The pizza and garlic parm wings were really good, but those BBQ wings were definitely the star of the show for me. Im like whats in that sauce? crack?? Damn!!! Washed it all down with some very good mezcal margaritas. Lively place where you can bring friends, dates or roll solo. I plan to visit this joint more!

Wasn't too busy as there wasn't a prominent sports event going on at the moment but still had adequate staff and patrons. Our bartender was cool, no complaints about the service whatsoever. They did not have physical menus, had QR codes. I like how they put the cook time for their pizzas, definitely a good heads up as I was hungry NOW and ain't have time to wait so I didn't order. Their menu is pretty extensive, lots of options. I ordered the Rum Punch (7.9/10), which was not bad at all, just which the bartender mixed it a little more but other than that not a bad cocktail. For the entrees, we order the Italian Beef Combo with Fries + additional Giardiniera peppers, Onions, Marinara sauce and also the Catfish Dinner. For the Italian Beef Combo, I can give it an adequate 8.0/10 rating. The Italian Sausage was charred well, Beef was cooked to good consistency, would just wish they used a different bread as it did have an after taste from being toasted I assume. Fries were pretty good though. Overall, this place was not bad at all. They had a bunch of games going so we were able to chill at the bar, enjoy a bite, and have a chill ending to our night. Pricing isn't the worst I have seen, especially in the city of Chicago, but I would look at menu before hand online. Just heads up, if wanting to split, they can split check but not by item (apparently they have to get manager to do so). Also shout out to the one worker, checked to make sure our car wasn't outside so it ain't get towed (wasn't our car btw). I like when service goes above and beyond like that to look out for the people they have. I would come back if I wanted to catch a game or event with some people.

Silly, fun, and soooo tasty! We started with their Saturday special: a $20 bucket of 5 Polish beers. (Or you could get American beers.) To let everyone taste them all, we asked for glasses, which they brought frosty-chilled. The Tyskie Gronie is a golden color lager with a light hoppy flavor. The Warka Classic is more coppery in color, a little bready or malty, with some light herbal lemony flavors, with a drier finish. Okocim "O.K. Beer" is a pilsner, a bit floral and sweet, crisp, and lightly but sharply hoppy. These were great frefreshing pizza beers. They also had a wide range of beers from crafts to midwest standards. We also showed them the recipe for Orange Crush, invented in Ocean City, and Maryland's Official State Drink since Jun 2025. Hey, they've got a shandy on their menu, so we can order our fsvorite summer drink if we want during Chicago "false spring" heat wave this week :-) We shared appetizers of calamari and pierogis. The $17.50 calamari was tender and hot, lightly coated with crisp flakey salt and pepper crust, with spicy marinara for dipping and lemon to brighten the flavors. We cut the tender seared $13 pierogis to share the thinly wrapped potatoes & cheese, meat, and sauerkraut & mushroom, with sides and servings of homemade bacon-specked sauerkraut, sour cream, and applesauce. We would have ordered more of the peirogis, to have more than a few halves per person, but there was pizza work to do! Flo & Santos is (are?) serious with their tavern-style pizza! The crust is terrifically thin, like Italian piada bread, cooked crispy crunchy like a cracker, and cut into squares for sharing :-) Of course covered with all kinds of creative toppings, and red marinara sauce, or garlic cream white sauce, or no-sauce! We got the heart-shaped Valentines Feb 13-15 special with thin-cut pepperoni, lightly spicy and cutely relaxed about the exact shape :-). We added Nama's Veggie pizza, generously covered in tender sweet spinach, fresh tomato, bitey diced onion, chunks of sweet juicy green pepper, and a scattering of black olives and mushrooms for umami flavoring. Quite a marvelous collection of flavors. And we went a little wild with Marco's Italian Beef pizza! Don't shy away. They didn't imitate that classic Chicago sandwich. Instead, they lay that savory thin-sliced beef over tomato marinara pizza-sauce, then add a flsvorful zingy hot giardiniera, and make it even richer with fire-roasted tomatoes and caramelized onion. I think we got the $29 14-inch size of each pizza, plenty of deliciously-topped crunchy pizza for our group of six adults and three children, with some wonderful leftovers to take home :-) For a special dessert, they offered a super-cute whipped-cream-decorated heart-shaped strawberry $6.50 gelato with a chocolate-covered strawberry. When we saw the one, we shared several more around the table. A lovely refreshing finish. loved the food and drink, and the friendly attentive staff. We showed up without a reservation at 4:20pm on a Saturday, and with little waiting, they assembled a table for our group of nine. As we left two hours later, they were setting up a table for 20! We found street-parking pretty easily nearby for one car, and most of us arrived about two blocks away at the Roosevelt stop on the Orange, Green, and Red "L" lines. Come get your excellent Tavern-style thin-crust pizza!

It makes it a "one and done" place for me, which, funny enough, two different bartenders have asked me if my drink is one and done when they see I am paying cash. They do have a large outside seating area and some okay specials during the week. Bartenders are usually pretty attentive, but I cannot help but think they cater more to regulars sitting at the bar than others who are just popping in.

I had been wanting to try Industry Ales when it opened and was glad to have had the opportunity to finally check it out! I was slightly thrown off, as the dining tables are at the front of this space, and the bar is all the way at the back. In fact, my friend at first glance thought it was a sit-down dining establishment sans bar seating. We found our way to the bar and posted up at two seats. We were offered menus right away and found the bartender extremely knowledgeable. This was super helpful when facing down an encyclopedia of ales. He offered samples when we explained what we were looking for. That is service above and beyond, especially on a bustling Friday early evening. The brews were tasty, but I couldn't really discern what I was drinking apart to say it was a lighter Belgian Ale. Wine is more in my wheelhouse, but always good to change things up, especially when a person has the opportunity to be guided by an expert. The people seated nearby had ordered the tuna tartare which looked delicious. In fact, all of the menu is globally influenced (think: pizza samosas, pierogis, Korean BBQ) in addition to the classic brewpub favorites. In addition to the Brewpub, this location features the Millroom, a speakeasy-style lounge. I did not have a chance to check that out on this visit. Definitely a cut above the usual sports bar and a place to expand one's knowledge of brews.
