Parking is a bit tough because the lot across and nearby is almost always full, but if you are going in to grab something, you could probably park right infront of the store for a couple of minds to just grab the cupcakes and go. I initially contacted them 2 weeks before my event via email with a picture of a cake design that I liked and they responded fairly quickly but did require me to call them to confirm the order. I paid in full over the phone (they require you to pay in full or pay half over the phone before pick up). The cake itself was delicious and everyone of my guests loved it. It was so moist and also matched the image I gave them. I deducted two stars is because the night before my pickup they gave me a call at about 4:15pm and did not leave a message. I gave them a call back at 4:30pm and left a message myself. The store closes at 5pm so I assumed I would get a call back on the same day but did not. My agreed pick up time for the cake was at 10 am the following morning and when I got there they told me they tried giving me a call the day before to let me know that the cake would be ready at noon instead. This was a little bit annoying seeing as there was no actual communication with me and I now had to return 2 hours later to pick up my cake on the day that I am hosting my event and have several other errands to run. I only received an apology over the miscommunication. Either way, I was able to pick up my cake at noon and it all turned out fine, but I wish they had just left me a message the day before instead of just never giving me a call back and having me come in twice.

I was originally turned off by how expensive the cupcakes are, but for fresh cupcakes they can't be beat. It's the perfect little sweet tooth. It's a bit sweeter then your average store bought cupcakes, but not in the way that it leaves that sticky, gross aftertaste. It doesn't give that sickening or tiring feeling when you sugar crash either. The cake part of the cupcake is really soft and fresh, and falls apart in your mouth. (As a certified messy eater though, it stays together really well so there aren't many crumbs when eating it.) If it's possible to be light and very sweet then they've nailed that down. The quality of the packaging is nice too- so much so that I sometimes reuse the packaging. It's located in a plaza which is pretty easy to find (if you look for Pit Grille) and there's basically always parking. Truthfully, I don't know what else to say... except if you have the extra dime in your budget-- skip the big brand donuts or coffee and come here instead. If you're someone who is conscious about too much sweetness in one sitting though, I really recommend pairing it with a Pit Bowl or Pit Fries from their neighboring business; it's just the right amount of salty to the sweet.
