Okay, bear with me. Because making this review is like hugging an old lost friend. I remember this place by a different name a few years ago. It closed and I thought " I will never again have to please of the best garlic bread and meat sauce ever again". Then suddenly after some googling and venturing around, I discovered that my old guilty pleasure had resurfaced and had a new alias. But make no mistake, it was definitely the same old friend I once knew frequently from the old neighborhood years and years ago. Nostalgia had hit me right in the heart. I sat across from my wife and just grinned with every succulent bite. My old favorite pasta place was still available. I will die on the hill that THIS is the absolute BEST garlic bread you'll ever have. The pasta is delicious as well and the service is always fast, friendly and just complete all of the fond memories I had with this place. Now..... if only I could convince the owner to put one of these in my small town across the river.... again. So glad you're still here old friend. Gods Pasta you are !!! read more

I asked seri to take us to the nearest Italian restaurant and this is where we went. It is kinda like Fazoli without the breadsticks. I thought the food tasted better than Fazoli. We had fast service and the restaurant was clean. Lots of seating. read more

My last order of a bucket of spaghetti barely had any sauce to mix together before serving. And if I have an issue with a restaurant I expect to be able to call. However, when I tried calling the automated phone system had no option to speak with a human. I've been a loyal customer and expected the same excellent customer service I've gotten in the past. read more

Wife and I brought our 2 youngest grandchildren for lunch after church on a Sunday. Melissa was very nice in taking our orders. A Military discount is appreciated. Wife ordered Lasagna which she liked. I ordered ravioli, which I wouldn't order again. The grandchildren ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. It took some coaxing to get them to finish it. I think the garlic bread falls short. I had a good chicken parmigiana and a good pasta salad previously. If I come back I might try the lasagna. I wouldn't order spaghetti or ravioli and request less bread. I hate throwing food away. Melissa did a fine job. When she wasn't taking orders, she was cleaning tables. read more

Can't speak to the quality of the food. Not a single gluten free option. So we had to leave.

If you order a bucket (serves 4) there is a checkbox (and extra fee) to add a protein like chicken or meatball. If you check the box you get one serving (not 4). There is no way online to order protein for everyone. There is no indication that you are getting just one serving so you are lead to believe that you are getting a good deal on 4 servings, but you will be disappointed when 3 people have to do without. read more

Super easy to order online and get a quick counter pick-up. I was back at home in no time. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of cheese on our salad for 4 until I discovered it was just hiding the sketchy lettuce that was well beyond its "best by" date. If we were dining inside, I would've returned the salad and asked for a new one but that's not practical when you are already at home. The spaghetti bucket and garlic bread was terrific and in good quantities. We have enough left over for a lunch tomorrow. We'll definitely return and hope for a more fresh salad. Give them a try nonetheless, I think you'll enjoy the food and value - especially if you're feeding a family. read more

Spaghetti Junction was once called Spaghetti Shop several years ago. This the first experience since the name change. A nice place. We went to this place on a Saturday evening... got there about 5:30. Around 6:00 it began to get busy. Found out that kids eat free on Saturdays and Mondays. It's not very often a restaurant draws in familys on a weekend with a free kids meal. Anyway, the food was really good. The offerings were very similar to what I remembered for the former establishment. The garlic bread tasted exactly the same. Excellent!!! We ordered what is in the pictures below. Baked Spaghetti...my son said it was really tasty. Lasagna...my wife said it good. She said she always liked the lasagna at Spaghetti Shop, so very similar. Cajun Chicken Alfredo...it was not Cajun! It was pasta, Alfredo and there was chicken. The Cajun seasoning was on the top of the cheese. There was NOT Cajun seasoning throughout the dish. If it were listed as Chicken Alfredo it was perfect. So it wasn't a terrible dish, just wasn't very Cajun. A recommendation...get the unlimited garlic bread for $2.99. Every meal gets a nice portion of bread, but unlimited makes it even better. The people who work there were awesome! read more

The baked spaghetti was good, the meatball sub was way too sweet and the salad was huge. Kids under 12 eat for free on Saturdays and they all loved their food also. read more

My kids LOVED this place. Asked for 2nds. I wasnt impressed with the food but I knew what I wasnt getting into. This is Fazolis-lite. It's perfect for kids and old people - think, soft foods and ketchuppy-marinara. For a second, I felt like I was back in a 1980s mom-and-pop cafeteria, serving only spaghetti and pizza. read more

Good spaghetti and garlic bread. I love going there. My friends and I love meeting there.

Don't expect great Italian food, decent for fast food, Italian. Basic Italian like spaghetti, lasagna, and your pizza.

First time here. Went for lunch. It was just okay. I did like the spaghetti was firm. The lasanga was stuff filled with cheese. I ordered the sampler. I didnt care for the alfredo. The garlic cheese bread was the high light. I had $5 off from restaurant.com. it all reminded me of Fazoli's. I had to add seasoning. Probably won't go back. But only because i can make a huge pot of spaghetti and home made meatballs for less than the $25 i paid for the meals. read more

Ok, my kids just said "This is the first time we have heard you say you didn't like something"... When we walked in, there was a sign saying they were out of Alfredo. Greeeeat. Since I'm not fond of marinara the next best thing was shrimp scampi. It was dry and burned. They liked their cheese bread pizza ok and it was only $3 something and came with garlic bread and drinks so... The menu said it came with a treat, but they didn't get a treat and we didn't realize it until we got home. I was hoping their previous reviews were wrong. :( read more

This restaurant is within a couple of miles from us, so we frequent it once every few months I'd say. The service is fast (though not always that friendly), and the prices are reasonable. I can't help but think that the food quality has gone downhill a bit over the last couple years though. For example, I ordered ravioli with meat sauce recently, which is my go-to entree here. The food was lukewarm at best. Felt as though it had been sitting out for awhile. It was also very obvious the ravioli had been frozen at one point. Almost had a frost bit taste to it. No bueno! I hope they can get back to making things fresh and hot like they used to. read more

Wonderful service and food. Delicious sauce and adequate salad! Friendly. Yum yum. Get it now!

Eat here once a week. Last visit, was my last for a while. Gave me the wrong order and lost mine. The app said one time, but was told to wait till they called my name. They may have some new people working, but it's not close to the old service. read more

5 stars for the garlic bread. 2 stars for everything else. Just get the garlic bread to go and make your own Italian at home for the main course. You'll save money and have a better meal. But the garlic bread is so good that this place deserves to stay open. read more

Delicious food and friendly staff. The staff keeps the place clean. I really wish they would reopen another store in Louisville.

The sign on door and on website says they close at 9pm. Although is says 8:30pm on Yelp. I work very close to this spot and have been inconvenienced more than once in regards to their postings of hours. Food is great tho. read more

Quick and tasty Italian food. A good place to get a family meal at a great price. The spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs with garlic bread hits the spot every time. read more

We have eaten here three times and the food is good and prices are fair. The restaurant is clean, service is fast. The four grandkids that we've brought here love it. Two of them like to have their pasta plain with no sauce, just cheese and they are completely satisfied. They offer all the traditional Italian fare: spaghetti, lasagna, chicken alfredo, subs, fresh garlic bread and various salads. They also offer kids-eat-free one night a week with every adult entree ordered. You can get family meals as carry out to make an inexpensive delicious healthy dinner to take home after a busy day at work. A great place for a filling meal for the family at a reasonable price. A meal everyone will enjoy while giving mom a night off from cooking. read more

Fast food Italian with really great bread. My go to is the half order of lasagna with a couple slices of their delicious bread - the perfect amount of food for me. When Spaghetti Shop is on top of it's game, there honestly isn't much better. Consistency in both the quality of the food and the service have made a few visits less than memorable, but all in all, The Spaghetti Shop remains a great choice for tasty Italian food on the go. read more

I love this place. I discovered this restaurant last time I was in Southern Indiana and I was so sad there are none of these near me. I love Spaghetti. They make really satisfying Spaghetti and lasagna. It's also great value. I bought Italian salad, Spaghetti, and lasagna and the food lasted for three dinners for me and my three year old. We ate a little bit of everything for three days. The salads are huge. When I pay $5.99 for a salad, I think it's going to be a small side salad. The salads are meals alone. Spaghetti shop, never change. Everything is delicious. read more

Place your order at the counter. Then get your drink, and wait for them to call your name. Unlimited refills at your leisure. The baked ravioli is really good. Spaghetti and meatballs of course is great. The bread...omg...love it. Would give 5 stars but the girls who work the counter always look like they aren't able to possibly crack a smile. Like they hate their life and people ordering are bothering them. read more

It's ok, but my expectations were high since I've heard rave reviews from friends. We ordered carry out approximately a month ago and usually we check our orders in case something is wrong. The containers weren't easy to open and we were in the car so we just hoped for the best. Our salad didn't come with dressing, that I specifically requested additional dressing from the employee I spoke with on the phone. My daughter received the wrong entree and she is the picky eater out of us three. My pasta could have had more sauce on it IMHO. Oh well, maybe I just caught them on a bad day. I'm not sure. read more

Tasty spaghetti. Hubby and I dined here for a quick, inexpensive bite. This place didn't disappoint. The spaghetti and meatballs had a great flavor in both the sauce as well as the two meatballs that came with it. I did like the bread, however, I would have preferred it to be toasted rather than soft. It was still very good. Just my preference. Would return if in the area again. read more

My family has been a long-time customer of the spaghetti shop. We used to visit the store in Louisville at least once a week. Very sad to see it closed. My job has had me over here in New Albany for the past week so I've hit it twice already. Excellent food, the best garlic bread in town and by far phenomenal meatballs. If you were in the area please stop and try this local business. Excellent excellent food. read more

Fast, friendly and great food. Affordable clean. Will go back. Highly recommended for the whole family.

We get the baked spaghetti & meat sauce. Large proportion tasted delicious. We enjoy eating there.

Fast simple Italian at a reasonable price - friendly staff - clean - quick service and tasty - the bread is borderline awesome.

This is fast food spaghetti - don't eat here unless this is what you want. Basically, it is not even what you can get at Meijer's in a jar and make yourself. Service is good! They care about the customer. read more

My daughter and I have ate there several times and we love it. We will be going back very good food.

I definitely should have read the other Yelp reviews before I ate here. The service was polite and speedy but the food was disappointing. I ordered the chicken alfredo and a large drink. It came with two pieces of garlic bread. The serving size was so big that I could have easily shared with a second person. However, the dish was mostly noodles with far too little sauce and a tiny amount of chicken. It really seemed like they filled a fairly large dish with dry noodles then just sauced very lightly on top. The actual sauce was about on par with the quality served at Fazioli's. The garlic bread was very sweet tasting. I didn't enjoy the pasta or garlic bread at all and threw both away after just a few bites. Overall I probably would have been happier going to Fazioli's and paying about the same amount for more sauce on my dish and better garlic bread. read more

I just picked up 2 buckets of spaghetti with meat sauce and 1 bucket of fettuccini alfredo. There was hardly any sauce on the spaghetti when I got home. Essentially $63.00 in plain noodles. When i called to ask about getting sauce Terrance answered and got an attitude that it came with the appropriate amount of sauce. When I asked that he not have an attitude he said he didn't. I asked for the manager and as he handed the phone to Ashley I could hear him laughing at me. Very disrespectful behavior for a customer that ordered food from his restaurant instead of elsewhere. The manager said it came with the correct amount because she made them herself. Overall the service was less than desirable. Because of the service we will not be returning, and instead of going to get additional sauce we will be getting prego from a grocery store. read more
