However, when I tried calling the automated phone system had no option to speak with a human. Wife and I brought our 2 youngest grandchildren for lunch after church on a Sunday. Melissa was very nice in taking our orders. A Military discount is appreciated. Wife ordered Lasagna which she liked. I ordered ravioli, which I wouldn't order again. The grandchildren ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. It took some coaxing to get them to finish it. I think the garlic bread falls short. I had a good chicken parmigiana and a good pasta salad previously. If I come back I might try the lasagna. Can't speak to the quality of the food. Not a single gluten free option. So we had to leave.

If you order a bucket (serves 4) there is a checkbox (and extra fee) to add a protein like chicken or meatball. If you check the box you get one serving (not 4). There is no way online to order protein for everyone. There is no indication that you are getting just one serving so you are lead to believe that you are getting a good deal on 4 servings, but you will be disappointed when 3 people have to do without. read more

Super easy to order online and get a quick counter pick-up. I was back at home in no time. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of cheese on our salad for 4 until I discovered it was just hiding the sketchy lettuce that was well beyond its "best by" date. If we were dining inside, I would've returned the salad and asked for a new one but that's not practical when you are already at home. The spaghetti bucket and garlic bread was terrific and in good quantities. We have enough left over for a lunch tomorrow. We'll definitely return and hope for a more fresh salad. Spaghetti Junction was once called Spaghetti Shop several years ago. This the first experience since the name change. A nice place. We went to this place on a Saturday evening... got there about 5:30. Around 6:00 it began to get busy. Found out that kids eat free on Saturdays and Mondays. It's not very often a restaurant draws in familys on a weekend with a free kids meal. Anyway, the food was really good. The offerings were very similar to what I remembered for the former establishment. The garlic bread tasted exactly the same. Excellent!!! We ordered what is in the pictures below. Baked Spaghetti...my son said it was really tasty. Lasagna...my wife said it good. She said she always liked the lasagna at Spaghetti Shop, so very similar. Cajun Chicken Alfredo...it was not Cajun! It was pasta, Alfredo and there was chicken. The Cajun seasoning was on the top of the cheese. There was NOT Cajun seasoning throughout the dish. If it were listed as Chicken Alfredo it was perfect. So it wasn't a terrible dish, just wasn't very Cajun. A recommendation...get the unlimited garlic bread for $2.99. Every meal gets a nice portion of bread, but unlimited makes it even better. Ok, my kids just said "This is the first time we have heard you say you didn't like something"... When we walked in, there was a sign saying they were out of Alfredo. Greeeeat. Since I'm not fond of marinara the next best thing was shrimp scampi. It was dry and burned. They liked their cheese bread pizza ok and it was only $3 something and came with garlic bread and drinks so... The menu said it came with a treat, but they didn't get a treat and we didn't realize it until we got home. I was hoping their previous reviews were wrong. :( read more

This restaurant is within a couple of miles from us, so we frequent it once every few months I'd say. The service is fast (though not always that friendly), and the prices are reasonable. I can't help but think that the food quality has gone downhill a bit over the last couple years though. For example, I ordered ravioli with meat sauce recently, which is my go-to entree here. The food was lukewarm at best. Felt as though it had been sitting out for awhile. It was also very obvious the ravioli had been frozen at one point. Almost had a frost bit taste to it. No bueno! I hope they can get back to making things fresh and hot like they used to. read more

I love this place. I discovered this restaurant last time I was in Southern Indiana and I was so sad there are none of these near me. I love Spaghetti. They make really satisfying Spaghetti and lasagna. It's also great value. I bought Italian salad, Spaghetti, and lasagna and the food lasted for three dinners for me and my three year old. It's ok, but my expectations were high since I've heard rave reviews from friends. We ordered carry out approximately a month ago and usually we check our orders in case something is wrong. The containers weren't easy to open and we were in the car so we just hoped for the best. Our salad didn't come with dressing, that I specifically requested additional dressing from the employee I spoke with on the phone. My daughter received the wrong entree and she is the picky eater out of us three. My pasta could have had more sauce on it IMHO. Oh well, maybe I just caught them on a bad day. I just picked up 2 buckets of spaghetti with meat sauce and 1 bucket of fettuccini alfredo. There was hardly any sauce on the spaghetti when I got home. Essentially $63.00 in plain noodles. When i called to ask about getting sauce Terrance answered and got an attitude that it came with the appropriate amount of sauce. When I asked that he not have an attitude he said he didn't. I asked for the manager and as he handed the phone to Ashley I could hear him laughing at me. Very disrespectful behavior for a customer that ordered food from his restaurant instead of elsewhere. The manager said it came with the correct amount because she made them herself. Overall the service was less than desirable. I definitely should have read the other Yelp reviews before I ate here. The service was polite and speedy but the food was disappointing. I ordered the chicken alfredo and a large drink. It came with two pieces of garlic bread. The serving size was so big that I could have easily shared with a second person. However, the dish was mostly noodles with far too little sauce and a tiny amount of chicken. It really seemed like they filled a fairly large dish with dry noodles then just sauced very lightly on top. The actual sauce was about on par with the quality served at Fazioli's. The garlic bread was very sweet tasting. I didn't enjoy the pasta or garlic bread at all and threw both away after just a few bites. Overall I probably would have been happier going to Fazioli's and paying about the same amount for more sauce on my dish and better garlic bread. read more
