Cezar and Jeremy were the first people to get back to me right away and they have such a great selection of parts! They were the only spa or hardware place that had everything I needed. PLUS their prices were better than any of the other places that had a few things we needed but not everything. Go here and your time wont be wasted! read more

Great customer service. Thanks Frank! He just walked me through some troubleshooting with my spa and helped me fix the problem.

Pretty disappointed with our experience with this company. If I could put zero stars, I would. I was shown a hot tub and told that the floor model was for sale. Got excited and brought my husband to look at the tub. We were then told that it wasn't that tub that was for sale and it was actually another one in a different color. We were not super thrilled about the other color but still put a deposit down to hold the tub for us. The next day when we were ready to buy the hot tub we were told that they had sold the tub to another customer even though we had a hold on that tub. We can't trust this company at all. We don't recommend this experience for anyone and we will not be returning. read more

I'm long overdue writing a review. I've been dealing with this Co. for years... On hot tub covers. My tub is 22 yrs. old, and I confess, I didn't get one from them.. I didn't know about them at the time. Earlier this year I had to have my oldie, but goodie, H.T. motor, etc. rebuilt. It wasn't cheap, but it was fair, and timely in getting done. I felt I could trust them... For one thing they've been established in their business for years. Today I'm trying to buy another cover. They don't last forever. An old one lets the heat out... There goes your electric bill. Also, if you don't want to ruin the innards of your hot tub, make sure you keep up on the chemicals. But if you don't, call the guys at Spa Warehouse to come fix it. read more

We didn't buy our spa from Spa Warehouse but they are the ONLY company certified to service our Calderra spa. I don't like it when there is only one company that can help, it makes me nervous. They have been so great. Always helpful and willing to answer questions by phone too. Frank just saved us a ton of money by giving us a simple step to fix a problem. They have been very straight forward about options and didn't try to sell us things that we didn't need. We had a little trouble scheduling service a few years ago when we first found them, but that is my only tiny complaint. read more

John Kosterman was awesome!! The customer service is great. He showed us we we needed and shared his wealth of information and was very helpful. And, we got a great price on a hot tub cover. read more

Walked in hoping for a temporary fix that would help us limp through a weekend birthday party. Walked out in less than 30 minutes with the permanent fix at a fair price because Dale jumped right on a customized solution. read more

We bought out Caldera hot tub a couple months ago from The Spa Warehouse. We love it! The entire experience was very easy and the staff was so helpful. Marshall was awesome! He was so patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our newbie questions and gave us great tips and advice with no high pressure sales pitch. Thank you! Karen and Mike read more

Worked with Frank, he was great and made sure we had everything we needed. I only reduced the stars to 4 because two of the caps popped off the jets and needed to be repaired. It took a little over a month and 3 appointments to get it fixed. All the while Frank did follow up and promptly responded to all my emails, and followed up to make sure it was fixed. I would recommend the spa warehouse, and will buy future hot tubs from them. read more

Don't do it!! We called spa warehouse to have someone come out and fix our hot tub. I spoke with them three times before anyone came out and each time I told them what error code our hot tub was giving and what steps we had already taken to try and trouble shoot. The tech that came out had NO idea what he was doing. It took him half an hour just to get the lid removed from our spa, then my husband and I both had to help him push the empty tub away from the deck so he could get to the panels. He later told us he had a tool to help him do this, but he hadn't brought it with him. After he spent another hour futzing around, he claimed it was fixed and left. I started filling the hot tub and turned it on but the breaker kept tripping. I could not get it to stay on. We called Spa Warehouse and they sent the tech back out. Turns out, he had flooded the area inside the casing of the spa where the circuit board is so it kept shorting and tripping the breaker. He finally got it so it would turn back on and what do you know, but it was still giving us the same error code. While my husband was standing there, he decides to google the code. This is his SECOND time out, and he feels NOW is a good time to just google to code. He spent more time trying unsuccessfully to fix it and then told my husband he was going to need to leave and if the hot tub didn't sort itself out he would have to come back in a few days. At that point we had paid him for his first trip out and he tells my husband he's going to just leave the invoice open for his second trip out. The nerve!!!! Not only did he not fix it the first time, but he actually made the thing WORSE than it was before he got there. My husband flat out told him he wasn't paying any more and to have a manager call him. No one ever called, so my husband called over and asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call him back the next day which never happened. He never fixed our hot tub, we paid almost $200 for hi to make it worse, and my husband ended up fixing it after watching some YouTube videos. SAVE YOUR MONEY. read more

Do not believe for a second the ETA's they are giving you and do not pay them until they deliver.

These guys rock. Warm, unhurried, no pressure advice in plain language. I looked for a tub in several places closer to my home and mostly felt like I was intruding on some sort of damp boys club. Not here. I was welcomed. My questions were answered patiently and knowledgeably. I have to drive a little further but I look forward to Jeremy and Randall supporting my new hot tub. I trust I am getting the best advice and my tub will serve me better and last longer. Thanks again Randall and Jeremy and Spa Warehouse. read more

Mike was great I told him what I needed and hooked me up. I bought my first hot tub from WalMart online and had over 10 repairs in 3 years. I spent over 2000.00 in repairs. I do not know how this place is still operating. The customer service and the way they do business is completely unethical. They do not return phone calls and when they call you, they will call multiple times in a short period of time (2 hrs) and leave harassing messages until you call back or answer the phone. They did not come prepared to the delivery, did not deliver all equipment that comes with the hot tub purchase, provided incorrect instructions as to getting the hot tub set up and working properly, and did not refund money that was promised as part of the hot tub purchase. Complaint is with the Better Business Bureau. read more

Wanted to add to my earlier review: I appreciate the extra attention and help provided by Lauren in the Service department: On delivery and setup day, he brought along cover lifters in case I wanted them installed, and I'm glad he did. I could tell this wasn't an attempt an at 'up-sell": Simply a customer courtesy--which saved me from having them installed later and being charged a site visit. He also provided his phone number in case the electricians working on the house had any questions, and also responded to a couple of clarification calls I made after installation was complete. Happy to be doing business with The Spa Warehouse. read more

I've been a customer at this establishment for many years and today I experienced the worst customer service. So much so I need to provide a poor review. Waited for over 20min while the only salesperson was helping a couple looking to buy a very expensive hot tub. Not only was I completely ignored, not even a 'hello, I will be with you shortly', he was extremely rude to me when he reluctantly and finally rang up my order. I was such an inconvenience to him because I wasn't there looking to buy a big hot tub. Which, by the way, I won't be doing with this company now. They've lost our long time business and any future bigger business. read more

I went into the Spa Warehouse just to gather information. From the moment I walked in the door I was at ease and treated with amazing customer service. No pressure, super service with a family atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

I am so glad that I talked with Dale before buying a spa! Things can look a lot alike online, but he was able to explain to me the details that determine quality and why you might choose one over another. After talking with Dale, I felt able to make an apples-to-apples comparison. Turns out his prices are great too and he uses local materials and manufactures onsite, which I love. Dale is warm, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Definitely start here! read more

Awesome service, we have had issues with a hot tub (we did not purchase here) and after going somewhere else and having someone come out twice, it still wasn't working! We came in and told them whats going on, we did have to wait a while to get them to put us on the schedule but it was worth it. Its been about 3 months and our hot tub is still running! Great people to work with, so happy to have our hot tub back up and running. read more

Dont waste your time at Costco...like. I did.....Dale makes a much better tub for the same price! Daniel..sales guy was awesome and friendly. Devon, the builder was amazing! They made me a custom tub, let me sit in it and marked where the jets and blower holes would go. The cedar skirt around the tub is done by a gifted carpenter...I have had my tub for 4 months now and LOVE it! i hot tub every morning..mi had them make one of THEIR tubs...their own brand is better than any Hot Springs/ Caldera out there! the 2 x 5 hp pumps are incredible...get the FOOT volcano for God's sake if you like foot massages! I have never seen a better looking tub with more powerful REAL 5 hp pumps than this one. i got the blower and 2 waterfalls too..love them. i also love the led lights...Devin is a true " engineer" in the way he did the zones for sitting" dale knows tubs...again, I bought a Costco one and returned it..was way too shallow for my 6 foot 5 frame.....Dale makes the best hot tub in the NW...his $8000 ( I went way overboard) but glad I did...loaded tub is better than brand new $12000 tubs! His ..and all of them there...Daniel and Devin have grat knowledge, and super customer service skills.... I have gone here for 17 years....but first time buying a new tub from them....best price around ...i did my research so you don' t have to! Jeff in Bellevue read more

It took over two years for me to make the commitment to purchase a hot tub. During the time I did research, wet tests and talked with several spa dealers, no one could come close to the education I received from Dale, the owner of Spa Warehouse. My requirements for purchasing a spa were: 1) a knowledgeable salesperson who was friendly and would provide a high level of customer service, 2) competitive prices and 3) most importantly....the spa lounger had to fit my body perfectly. I was fortunate to have Caldera be the spa of choice and Spa Warehouse their distributor!!! Over the two year decision process, Daniel, the salesman, would call every several months to "chat." He was NEVER pushy or condescending. He totally understood that making a spa purchase was a big commitment and he wanted me to be happy. Spa Warehouse never let me down during "my purchase or not to purchase" process. They were always there for me to answer whatever questions I had. When the order was finalized, the spa arrived to their warehouse as expected. What was not expected was the several delays by our deck contractor. After storing the spa for almost two months, with no fees, they were finally able to set up delivery. The delivery crew...Tracy and John...were friendly, competent and timely. They totally understood my nervousness of the hot tub being placed on the brand new deck. Like Dale and Daniel, the delivery guys did exactly what they said they would do and with humor! DO NOT let the store front appearance deter you from buying from Spa Warehouse. Dale's thirty plus years in the business and his staff will make you a believer to "not judge a book by its cover." This place is AWESOME!!! THANK YOU...Dale, Daniel, Tracy and John for making my hot tub purchase and installation a wonderful experience. read more

I have dreamed of owning a spa since FOREVER. However I knew nothing about spas. After researching multiple stores in the areas I narrowed it down to 3 locations to shop. My first stop was the Spa Warehouse. Cesar was the one ready to help me. I let him know that I wasn't ready to buy but that I wanted to learn all things spa including maintenance, costs, models etc. The fact that I wasn't ready to buy didn't phase him. He jumped right in and shared all the details and information. I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and just plain down to earth personality. I never felt the slightest pressure. Sure, they want to make a sale but there was never the pushy sales guy feeling. I ended up checking out the other places and within minutes I knew I was going back to see Cesar. The other locations didn't want to teach me or help me learn until I was ready to buy. Just handed me a flyer and said come back when ready. I immediately went back to see Cesar. He took great care of me and remembered me the minutes I walked in the door. I had to order my spa but when it arrives I will add to this review. If you're looking for a Spa, go see Cesar. He's awesome, won't rip you off and will have you feeling like a valued customer! read more

Get it all in writing! I was so pleased to find somewhere to have my spa 'reconditioned'. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I put down my deposit and then made my balance due payment in person. I was told that my spa would be delivered and that there might be a charge of $100 or so for any additional labor. When the spa was delivered, imagine the shock when the balance due was over $800! I had been told earlier that the wrong siding was put on and it was a couple inches short. I am thinking they re-did it and charged me for their mistake. My spa is working great but I highly suggest you get EVERYTHING in writing. I just want to give you an honest review as I don't want to see the same thing happen to anyone else! read more

First time hot tub buyer, and I had heard all of the horror stories, but let me tell you, John Kosterman is not one of them. John was awesome, he made my Wife and I feel like we had known him for years, and his knowledge is unmatched. John took his time explaining the difference of one hot tub from another, he never talked down to us, and we came away with a great deal on our hot tub. I highly recommend the Spa Warehouse if you're in the market, and John is the Man you want t see. We are greatly appreciative for any and all assistance from John, and when it's time to buy another one, we'll be going back. read more

Dale was tremendously helpful in educating me about the inner workings of spas, and why their spas are a tremendous value as compared to the mass-produced spas available on the market. Here are the big differences: Insulation: The Spa Warehouse doesn't use spray-in insulation in the cabinet, as it prevents easy access to pipes if a leak occurs, and doesn't add much insulation value as compared to a good-quality cover. Jets: Sure, you could buy a spa with 1001 jets -- and pay a whole lot more -- or the Spa Warehouse can custom place the jets in the places that make the most sense for you. Ozonator: Install one of these up-front, and avoid the need for chemical overload. Cabinet: The Spa Warehouse only makes spas with cedar cabinets. Why? They don't warp over time like the plastic ones do, and can be easily repaired or replaced over time. No waiting: We had our spa, which they built on-site, within a few days of placing our order. The cover took a while (it was made-to-order off-site), but they provided us with a temporary cover until the permanent one arrived, and made a second trip out to deliver it. His excellent advice paid off. In the first few months, our spa experienced a couple of leaks, which after some research, I learned was not unusual for a new spa. On both occasions, the Spa Warehouse came out quickly (within a few days) and made the necessary repairs under the two-year warranty. We love our spa, and would recommend to anyone that they shop around, but ultimately consider the Spa Warehouse before making a final decision. read more

Went there yesterday for some Bromine. I was very impressed with John, his customer service was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Needed to replace our plug in spa. Reached out by email to Daniel @ Spa Warehouse and exclusively through email and phone , purchased a new round spa at a fair price and great service. Pick up and delivery and a necessary service call upon filling by Devin, was exceptional. They definitely knew how to handle with care the removal and moving the new tub into place perfectly. Never done a review before but these guys deserve it. Been dealing with Dale well over 10 years. Soon after I bought a hot tub from Lowes. It took a while to find them but their service and support has been unmatched. A few years back Daniel started and has the same ethics as Dale and recientlyJeremy (Dales son) started and has been great. They must be doing something right as they have steadily expanded over the years. They have rebuilt my tub twice, warrantied a pump or two, made a couple covers and jumped thru hoops to have thed tub operating for the grandchildren. Always fair, reasonable and polite. By the way the hottub is in Packwood. Soon I will be getting a larger tub and won't be shopping around, it would be foolish to give up this customer service. read more

These guys are good for advice on chemicals, and that's about it. I have an older Caldera Spa that needs 2 pumps replaced. They originally quoted a little over $1,000 about 6 months ago after the repair guy Lauren flakes out once. 6 months later I am ready to do the repairs, and I call Spa Warehouse on a weekend. They advise me that there repair guy does scheduling on Thursdays, odd, but okay whatever. He doesn't call on Thursday, but instead on Friday. We schedule an appointment for the following Friday, but he can't give me a time, which is pretty inconvenient for those of us with jobs. I don't hear from him until 7:00 pm on the day of the appointment saying that he can't make it, but is open the next day. No thanks. I will find a repair person who understands customer service. I already rearranged my schedule once. Apparently these guys have so much business that they can afford to lose some of it. I will also start ordering my chemicals from Amazon. Previously I knew i could get them cheaper, but wanted to support a local business. No more. read more
