First of all, this is a really l a t e review!…read more Our rep, Chris was great to work with. What really impressed me is their customer service. We got delivery of our salt water spa (totally spaced on the name but it's fabulous) in November 2021. This last November 2022 there was an issue with the piece you adjust for the waterfall (which for us was a set it and forget it type thing, so the fact the piece malfunctioned was puzzling.) I took it in and explained what was going on with it, and dealt with Steve. He knew exactly what I was talking about and said they'd take care of replacing the part. Their repair 'team' was out within the time frame promised and all went well. Super impressed by the customer service and follow up. We love our saltwater spa and patronizing local businesses; thanks again Arizona Hot Tubs!

Gross Negligence Sent Me to the ER--Waiver Excuses Even Death…read more I ended up in the ER after using a dangerously overheated hot tub during a demo at Arizona Hot Tub Company--and the business has taken no responsibility whatsoever. After I walked out of the testing room and complained about how hot it was and it "destroyed me"...their employee ran up to us with 2 bottles of water, admitted he turned the tub up for his own personal use saying, "My bad!". The hot tub was 109°, which is far above the safe limit of 104°F (especially for seniors), and they never warned us. Before trying the tubs, my husband asked what we were signing with the waiver, and the salesman said it was "just in case you slip and fall and break a leg." We trusted that explanation and signed. Only afterward did we learn that the waiver actually excuses them from responsibility--even in the case of DEATH. That is shocking. After stepping into the 109° tub, I immediately felt dizzy, nauseated, and fatigued. I vomited in their parking lot. Walgreens took my blood pressure and it had skyrocketed to 187/53, and they told me to immediately go to the ER. I was monitored, given an EKG, and thankfully stabilized--but it was a serious medical event caused by their gross negligence. I gave the company a chance to make things right. Covering my ER bill or even offering a meaningful discount on a hot tub would have been a thoughtful, Christian response (as the owner brought up their faith and community work more than once). They didn't even offer a discount. Not a dollar. Please be cautious. A business that protects itself with waivers--even in cases of life-threatening negligence--is not one I would trust again. There are plenty of reputable hot tub dealers in Phoenix who will value your health, your time, and your trust.
