Virgin Mobile was extremely unprofessional, backtracked, and did not honour the guarantee from the customer service representative. Customer service sounds like they're operating overseas. Their prices are expensive ($80+tax for 12GB) relative to their competitors, less than subpar services are not warranted for the price. Their Customer Loyalty branch does the complete opposite of their intended purpose. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VIRGIN MOBILE, AND WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. Find somewhere cheaper with better quality services and customer service. I've never been so frustrated and disappointed with a company and will be moving my loyalty elsewhere. Just because you're paying more does not mean that you will be getting better service. I heard that Bell or Rogers is good. Cancellation fee of contract will be equal to the amount that you will pay to ride their overpriced services out.

This proved to be a wise strategy as the first two stores that I called didn't have the phone in stock. When I called this location I spoke with the manager, Matt. He checked to make sure that the phone was available then offered to hold it for me. I very much appreciated that since this particular phone was hard to find. Upon my arrival, Matt took a considerable amount of time to explain the phone's functions to me and answered my questions. I was concerned about the high cost of the phone cases but I didn't want to take it out in the snow unprotected. Matt found me a case that was on sale and knocked an additional $5 off the price. Sold. He gave me his card and offered to answer any questions that might arise over the next few days. I didn't avail myself of his assistance, but it was a kind gesture. I have been generally quite pleased with Virgin's customer service in the three years that I have been with them. I was prepared to jump ship when my last contract expired, but no other wireless company could match their plan's features. Now I'm pleased with their in-store service as well.

    Customer service is non existent. We bought at and it didn't even last two years. Since I…read morepurchased the extended warranty I was told as soon as the returned tv got to head office I'd get my money back to purchase another. First of all they lied. When head office got the tv they sent me an email saying they would take a few days for them to actually diagnose the issue and they would get back to me. Well they didn't get back to me until the morning of the 31st... So I only had until midnight to get in on the sale that I was promised. Well that never happened because of a myriad of issues they had online with my email. The sale would not go through. So then I kept trying all day and night and then missed the site because they failed to send the code earlier. Not too mention I could not get help from their head office. When I tried calling their head office no one could help me and I talked to several different people. I was in the phone with over 4 people and on the phone for nearly two hours and they still could not complete the sale. Plus we were charged an additional $100.00 because of missing the midnight deadline (which was their issue, not ours). If I could I would just go elsewhere to buy my tv, but I'm stuck with these losers.

    a sales person at my auto dealership suggested i go to Best Buy and purchase a bluetooth device to…read moreplug into the USB port in order to get GPS on my auto dash screen. i was told i didn't have the feature. i walked in the door and met Erin and tried to explain what i was looking for. after talking for a few minutes he told me to drive up to the door and proceeded to check out my system along with my phone. in a matter of minutes he had google gps and car play functioning great. he didn't make this old guy feel like a tech loser. i appreciate his dedication to making a customer happy. thanks again for superb service!!
