Was helping an elderly friend try to sort out her iPad login issues and after talking to online four times plus having a really nice young man by the name of Josh try to help us at Genius Bar on August 8, we had to come back on August 9. A young pretty girl, long dark hair came to help us and it was immediately clear that she was absolutely not interested in providing us with any support; unbelievably, after 30 min or so, she told her she had to go on break and we could just call Apple support if we need help. I could not believe it. Supervisors & management of Apple - is this the kind of employee you have working for you? She literally walked away. (We went back online & Apple support was eventually able to assist).
