Worst Apple experience of my life! Horrendous service, worst, I have ever encountered in my entire…read morelife. I am a devoted Apple person- was shocked. Was helping an elderly friend try to sort out her iPad login issues and after talking to online four times plus having a really nice young man by the name of Josh try to help us at Genius Bar on August 8, we had to come back on August 9. A young pretty girl, long dark hair came to help us and it was immediately clear that she was absolutely not interested in providing us with any support; unbelievably, after 30 min or so, she told her she had to go on break and we could just call Apple support if we need help. I could not believe it. Supervisors & management of Apple - is this the kind of employee you have working for you? She literally walked away. (We went back online & Apple support was eventually able to assist).

He helped me to set it up & transfer my data from old IPad. when he had to leave to go on his break Arsh took over helping me complete transfer. Both were patient, knowledgeable, courteous & helpful. A very positive experience.

Not the best, but I guess not the worst electronics store. Everything is mostly either over-priced…read moreor very low quality when it's not. It's more or less a typical Source store. They also aren't very easy to get a hold of over the phone. I'd only go there if I really have to.
