Worst Apple experience of my life! Horrendous service, worst, I have ever encountered in my entire life. I am a devoted Apple person- was shocked. Was helping an elderly friend try to sort out her iPad login issues and after talking to online four times plus having a really nice young man by the name of Josh try to help us at Genius Bar on August 8, we had to come back on August 9. A young pretty girl, long dark hair came to help us and it was immediately clear that she was absolutely not interested in providing us with any support; unbelievably, after 30 min or so, she told her she had to go on break and we could just call Apple support if we need help. I could not believe it. Supervisors & management of Apple - is this the kind of employee you have working for you? She literally walked away. Went to store to purchase new IPad Dardanelle waited on me & helped me to choose IPad most suited to my needs. He helped me to set it up & transfer my data from old IPad. when he had to leave to go on his break Arsh took over helping me complete transfer. Both were patient, knowledgeable, courteous & helpful. Horrible customer service. Treated like garbage. They wouldnt get a manager. Steve and Marina absolutely rude and arrogant to me after my phone didn't work for 5 days And was less then 90days old and a apple rep on the phone advised me to take the two hour trip to the store to get my phone replaced. They refused to replace it and did nothing but basically call me a liar and did nothing. They did absolutely nothing. Filed a bbb complaint and a complaint with apple and will be finding the owner of the store to file a complaint. read more

I visited this Apple Store a few times today after my IPhone 6plus has a seizure and. Exams paralyzed , Siri continued to think but could not take any actions Well after a return visit , a young lady .... Jill replace my phone and assisted in getting it transferred over and restarted This is a very busy place , but it's Sunday and hours are 12 noon to 5 pm , so I'm giving them 4 of 5 stars as being so busy , they need to open perhaps at 10 to 5 pm But a huge young staff to help and sell Apple products and resolve problems read more

In the past I had a mediocre experience at the Apple store, thankfully the last experience was much better on the service end of things. The speaker on my iPhone 6 started crackling about 5 months into me owning the phone so I made and appointment with a genius. The last time I did this I waited forever while walk in after walk in were served before me so I expected to be waiting a while. This time was better, I checked in and was seen within 5 minutes. After attempted repairs they replaced my phone no cost, which was great. However, I am 90% sure the just give a refurbished phone because not 12 hours later the touch screen went on the replacement. I made another appointment and back I went. Thankfully, I was again seen quite quick and give another new phone. Most of the employees are friendly but some look miserable, I realize its ALWAYS busy in there but trying to be pleasant isn't that hard. As products go, I have never purchased anything from apple directly and likely won't. Accessories are quite expensive (phone cases, speakers what are made by another company) and could be purchased elsewhere. I really only come here to have my phone serviced. The most important thing to remember is MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. You can do this through the apple website with you Apple ID. Trust me, it will save you a ton of annoyance and wasted time read more

If you are looking to get your computer repaired for a reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time. Do not go here!!! My GPU died causing me to replace my $600 logic board, that's a price of a decent PC. So ok, I have no choice other than buying a PC. Which now is looking like a pretty damn good option after being without my computer for OVER A WEEK!!! Which is HUGE for a freelancer to be out of work. They keep no stock of replacement boards on hand and have no express shipping for the parts. Also they told me the part would be in on Sunday so I drove an hour to the store so I wouldn't miss it... The part isn't coming till Monday... Also my cord caught fire and they didn't seem to care. read more

Tuesday, October 12, 2021(visit Apple Store) I wish that I could give 0 star rating or even negative. I showed my band (apple smart watch) to one of the supervisors(John) for replacement (wear off-discoloration). He immediately said is under warranty, you will get a new one. Then Amanda took over and tried her best. Amanda did a good job. She was very helpful since she was looking also at my cell-phone. Soon after she told me I will get my band in a few days 'cause it was not in stock. Suddenly, Matt ( I think)(short guy-arrogant- glasses-ears deformed by pierces), the store manager, very rude guy, came to me and said that I won't get the replacement. He was very unpolite-unprofessional-lack or customer skills. He said the band is Ok and won't be replaced. I was very confused. John said yes at the beginning and then Amanda said yes as well. (45 minutes). Then this guy Matt said NO in less than 30 seconds. I couldn't believe that!!!. 2 employees said yes and in less than a minute this "manager" came with rude manners and said no!! Very confused...disappointed-frustrated-angry-powerless. I cannot believe that a guy like this works for a company like Apple as a customer service "manager". Great service. While away on vacation my iPad died. Went online to find an Apple store and made an apt for this one that was on my route. Replace my iPad and on my way. The iPad was old and out of warrantee so we had to pay for the swap but what else can you do with a cracked screen. Great service. read more

My experience at this Apple Store was disgusting. I've been having ongoing calling issues with my iPhone 5 as soon as the warranty was up so I tried to get support from the "Geniuses" here who could only wipe, reboot, and restore my device only to discover that the problem persisted. They couldn't isolate the issue behind the device that passed all their software and hardware tests, so I was told that I could pay some $300 for a refurbished phone. I won't be paying a monthly phone bill without a working calling function, so I returned and spoke to the manager, Michelle Borbath-Szabo. She and another associate concluded that the logic board was defective and I was once again told that the only option was to replace the phone for an outrageous cost! As a long-time Apple fan, it's sad that this one experience was enough to discourage me from ever purchasing another Apple product again. Apple must not be very confident of their products if they only offer a 1-year warranty and treat customers terribly when they seek an alternative solution to repairing their poor quality Apple devices. read more

Oh, dear. Apple Store, you are not tasty. The power cord to my computer burned before my eyes. Checking online, I saw that this has happened to many, many others. I called the Apple Store to see if this was covered by warranty, and whether they had the replacement in stock. The answers were 1. we don't think so and 2. yes. Off we go to the Apple Store, with the burnt cord and our computer serial number in hand. When we arrived, we were told that it would be two hours before a "genius" (those are derisive quotes, for reasons that will soon become clear) could speak with us. Since we only wanted the replacement cord, not a consultation, we politely asked if someone could help us earlier than that. No explanation was given for why we weren't told when we called that there would be a wait, or that we might want to reserve a "genius". For reasons that are unclear, they provided us with a "genius" who was apparently training another "genius" and said that he would show her how to do this very complicated transaction. He took our burnt cord walked to the wall and selected the replacement. Whew, that *was* complicated, wasn't it? We put the burnt cord on the counter but "genius 1" said that they couldn't have it in the store (bad for business?) and they we should throw it in the garbage just outside the store. But the Apple wizards weren't done with us yet. In order to make a purchase, they INSIST that you provide them with an email address. We declined. The sales associate stated that he "needed" an email address to which we replied that his "need" to have it didn't translate into our "need" to give it up. We left, throwing the old cord in the garbage as directed. And now for Le Whopper - THEY SOLD US THE WRONG CORD. I kid you not. Even though we had in no way abused the original cord, and even though we had to buy a new one at our expense although this is clearly a common problem with Apple computer cords, and even though we brought the original cord and our serial number, the "geniuses" (two of them, mind you) sold us a cord that didn't fit. After waiting on hold for I don't know how long, we finally spoke with a manager (Wayne) who was very apologetic. He couldn't figure out why this had happened since we brought the original cord. Of course, we could no longer show them that cord since we had disposed of it as we had been explicitly told to do. I explained that I expected a discount on the correct cord, but Wayne said that he couldn't give a discount unless I attended in person with my credit card. Trip number two ensued. I am now home with the cord, but I am not happy. read more

I have been to the Apple store twice because my Iphone keeps shutting down. It has now been off since wed morning and this is fri. I have no way to contact anyone in case of emeg. I have health issues and I live alone. I tried to get help online but they want 5 dollars and I no longer have credit cards, I won't go back to the store because they just try to blame it on me. Awesome service. I can never complain about their staff customer service skills. The minute you walk in, someone's usually available to help you. Walked in today and asked the rep to replace my cable and all they ask if you have the phone that it came with. Sat down at the Genius Bar and within 5 mins a woman came up asked my name, looked up my serial number to see if i had to pay for it or not (Within a year I don't think you do). Nightmare Experience!!!! If you need a Apple product buy it from some other company like Staples or Best Buy or online at the Apple Store. They staff are not geniuses... They are snotty and fill of attitude. They run around high 5ing each other like they just found the cure for cancer while they 'the Herd of Hipsters' with their skinny jeans ignore paying customers and leave it up the the customer to ask...beg for customer service. My "genius " a red headed gent with hipster glasses wasted my time buy filling in all my information online in store. Then he asked for a credit card....umm if I could order my computer online I would have and not wasted three hours driving. I told him what I wanted and he should have clued in that I was in store to buy the computer and wanted to walk away with my new iMac. So after waiting for an hour to get new ram installed on my new iMac. And things were all paid for. I asked about my additional keyboard that was numeric. He didn't add it to the order even those he wrote the order on line. My computer has more memory then the guy helping me. After losing three hours of my like driving to and from....I was excited to un box my new $3000 iMac....the computer won't turn on and just made a beating noise. So I called Apple Support because why not pay an extra $199. After getting through to a support genius....she took my information to call me back in case we get disconnected. She asked to call me right back....I never heard from her again! Leaving me to call back support to wait even longer to talk to alive person. That guy did try to help and even moved it up to the senior tech. Unfortunately, they dude that installed in the new ram didn't test the computer before me walking out with it. Apple may design smart devices, unfortunately the Apple Genius has gone to their head. They are customer service people and should be taught the basics of good customer care.....a premium price should equal premium customer service. Not a bunch of hipster clones who are less focused on the people paying their wages, and more focused on they lasted skinny jeans, vegan-gluten free meal and the lasted Taylor Swift song! I love Apple products, but this store made me never consider buying another apple product again. I also stopped family and friends from buying their products. This store is criminal.
