I bought an expensive pair of shoes which seemed to fit in the store just fine but they failed to break in after a few attempts at wearing them. I attempted to trade them in for a larger size but the manager, barely glancing at them, told me they have to be in EXACTLY the same condition they were on the shelf, shrugged and said, "Sorry, can't help you." I tried talking to the regional manager by phone and he was extremely rude, seemed to find the whole thing funny, said, "Have a good day" while I was in mid-sentence, and hung up on me. I'm now out my money, but at least he got a good laugh out of it and I'm delighted to have made a $100 donation to the store with nothing to show for it in return.
