I love this place. Nuff said…read more Seriously though, Superking is an awesome grocery store! But I gotta say, I normally don't come here for groceries because the prices may be decent but the produce aren't always fresh. I normally visit to buy sushi and hot foods. There's an amazing food bar that serves pretty tasty Asian dishes. I think combos cost around $8.99 and they'll stuff as many varieties into one container for you - no limit on how many dishes you choose! Bonus: At the end of the day, the leftover hot foods are packaged and after 8pm, they sell for 50% off. You can get a big heap of orange/lemon/mango chicken for just $4! Other than hot foods, I also love their bakery section. There are some delicious breads and buns to try out - I personally like the one with the sausage stuck in the middle of the bun! Individual cake slices are also available, and so are macaroons. The shelves are always stocked with amazing Asian snacks, spices and ingredients. There are plenty of Western ingredients too. Depending on the day, the line-ups to get checked out could be long. Superking is also located in Westmount Mall, so you can continue your shopping journey and pop over to visit more stores like Urban Planet or Bulk Barn once you've picked up those weekly groceries!

But like most Asian stores, it needs better ventilation in the meat and sea food departments. The smell is over whelming just walking by. Best thing about this place is the hot food section if you're too lazy to cook. Like other stores in London, suffers from lack of cashiers. There were only 2 when I went and the lines were LONG. At a time when most people are getting off work and doing their shopping, this is not good for business

Luckily we found everything we needed, but the staff did not know where the items were located so we had to find everything ourselves. It wasn't too bad though, the store is small enough to browse through everything. Prices are alright, they also sell duck and pork (hot dishes) along with pastries and decorations. I would visit again if I can't find what I need at major supermarkets.

Customer Warning! Last week, I purchased a prepared salad from Remark Fresh Markets. Unfortunately,…read morethe lettuce was soggy and not fresh. I have purchased many salads from your store over the years, and this is the first time I have encountered this issue. Due to a busy schedule, I was unable to return to the store until the following weekend. I brought the original container with the store label, date, and remaining contents, but I no longer had the receipt. The manager advised that a refund or exchange was not possible because I had not contacted the store immediately after discovering the issue. I explained that I found the problem during the week and did not have time to make a special trip or call regarding a salad. While I understand the need for a return policy, I believe customers should be clearly informed that prepared food concerns must be reported immediately in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. As a regular customer, I was disappointed by both the product quality and the handling of my concern. I hope management will consider making this policy more visible so customers understand the requirements if a problem arises.

The staff are always friendly and offer genuinely great service, which makes every visit feel easy and welcoming. And the bakery... the warm, sweet smell drifting through the aisles makes it impossible to walk by without slowing down just to breathe it in. I only wish there were another location in Streetsville, Mississauga, so all those colours, aromas, and grab‑and‑go treats were just a little closer to home.

Both baristas advised that the debit machine was down, but all other payments were fine. That's perfect for me, as I tend to pay using my Starbucks card. Both times, I ordered a grande iced coffee with soy. I am not a big coffee drinker. However, this beverage was so good. A police car was parked in front of the store. I attempted to trade them in for a larger size but the manager, barely glancing at them, told me they have to be in EXACTLY the same condition they were on the shelf, shrugged and said, "Sorry, can't help you." I tried talking to the regional manager by phone and he was extremely rude, seemed to find the whole thing funny, said, "Have a good day" while I was in mid-sentence, and hung up on me. I'm now out my money, but at least he got a good laugh out of it and I'm delighted to have made a $100 donation to the store with nothing to show for it in return.
