Considering this is my second office, I've had so many opportunities to review this location…read more It's one of the best locations in London in my opinion and all the staff are straight down to earth. The seating is WAY more optimal since the Reno and TONS of plugs now which is key for the amount of people that use the place like the workspace that I do. Also the new reserve machine thing makes coffee that is unparalleled and tastes like sweet addiction. Would be hype if they still had a comfy chair or a leather couch but there's no space. One can dream. Seriously though, this 'bucks is where it's at.

Today I came in with my boyfriend, and both of us used to work at Starbucks, so our standards are more critical than most. We ordered our regular drinks, a quad grande americano, and a grande coffee misto. Both of which were absolutely delicious and met our standards. The store itself was clean, there was a line and the cafe was full, but that's a good thing! Starbucks is very aware of when to come out and do a bus to tidy up the cafe. I didn't stay and sit, but if I did I always enjoy the atmosphere of this location, plus the fact it has Victoria Park right across the street where you can take your coffee and walk around. That's quite an advantage for the store. The Manager is a long standing partner of Starbucks and always does a wonderful job with his baristas. I'll be back here often, not only because the location is close to my place, but because of the people. Good job Central & Richmond.

This Starbucks Café with Drive Thru is located on Wellington Road next to Pizza Nova and Jersey…read moreMike's, just north of the White Oaks Mall. This Starbucks store features the standard drink menu offering hot & cold fresh brewed coffee (Blonde, Pike, Dark Roast), tea, espresso drinks, lattes, macchiatos, frappuccinos, and Nitro Cold Brew plus cold bottled drinks, baked goods, sandwiches, and snacks. They also sell ground coffee, Verismo pods, Via instant drink packets, mugs, tumblers, and gift sets. Inside the café, there is ample seating here with tables, long banquette seating along the wall and high chair seating along the front windows. There are plenty of power outlets to plug in your electronic devices. At the self-serve drink mixing station, they have milk and cream canisters (no half & half in Canada Starbucks), standard sugars (inc Plantation raw sugar), sweeteners, napkins and drink lids. For half & half, use both the milk and cream available. The Starbucks Rewards program in Canada is interchangeable with the US Starbucks Rewards program. The Starbucks gift cards from the United States are valid here in Canada and the paid amount in CAD will automatically deduct to the converted currency of the card's country origin based on the current exchange rate, no transaction fees. After shopping at the nearby mall, I decided to stop at this less busy Starbucks cafe for some caffeine and sweet snacks and to do some work on my laptop. I used my Starbucks Gold Rewards card here and enjoyed a Tall Dark Roast ($2.15+$0.28=$2.43 CAD) which was actually $1.71 USD on charged my Starbucks card, cheaper than what I normally pay at a US Starbucks. I also used my Starbucks Gold Rewards card for a free coffee refill (same visit only), the same policy at US Starbucks stores. I also enjoyed an Oat Bar, which is not sold in US Starbucks stores. The barista here was very friendly and we got into a conversation about how the Starbucks prices for me at this store were lower than what I pay back in the US after currency conversion on the Starbucks app. We also talked about NFL football. I told him I was from New England, and he asked me if I was a Tom Brady fan (Brady left the New England Patriots in 2020). I told him I was actually a Buffalo Bills fan and the barista was informed me he also roots for the Buffalo Bills since the team is close to London (and so are the Detroit Lions). After spending about 90 minutes here finishing up my work later into the early evening, I headed out to dinner.

The ingredients are high quality, and the flavours are thoughtfully developed. Pink lemonades are often too sweet, but this one was perfectly balanced. The lemon square was nicely tart, the quiche had generous chunks of feta, and the muffin had that rich, buttery flavour you only get from homemade baked goods. Service was bubbly and helpful, and the interior was quaint. There's just enough seating outside, with a setup that lets you choose between sun or shade. Special mention for offering the London Fog iced; my first time trying it, and it is now my new go-to. Prices were surprisingly reasonable considering the quality. Easily the best coffee shop I've tried in London so far.

It was filled with apple filling, some cinnamon icing on top, and it was fresh and not heavy. As a tourist, I appreciated not feeling rushed. During peak times, it may be difficult to find a seat but they do open up fairly quickly. The service here is amazing, they're super attentive and nice which is a big plus. In terms of their food, their cruffins are TO DIE FOR - I absolutely love them to death. They rotate their flavours and every single one I've had has been phenomenal. Admittedly, difficult to eat which the sugar coating on the croissant mixed with the custard inside but still so so good that it's worth the mess. I do wish it was served warmed which would take it to the next level! The sandwiches are surprisingly good as well. My favourite is the ham and Swiss. It is very filling and I love how much they pack into the sandwich (especially how much Dijon they put in it hehe). In terms of the coffee, it was decent. I was expecting more bold flavours to come out and taste the richness but unfortunately I could not. Maybe I had too high of expectations for the coffee after tasting the pastries and food but regardless, it was still decent coffee. Overall though, this place is an amazing place to sit down, eat, read, study, and catch up with friends! I definitely will be coming back and trying more of their items :)
