They had the cutest watermelon skirt. I've wanted a watermelon outfit since I was a toddler. Not sure why I never sewed one for myself. Today being Canada Day (YAAAAAY FOR CANADIANS NEW AND OLD! We are the most welcoming country to people of all backgrounds, lifestyles, gender identities, languages and religions!), the store isn't open but the website is. Highlights: 1. Free shipping over $25 (not sure if that is a time-limited offer) or you can pre-pay and pick it up in-store. 2. Comprehensive size chart that tells you how to measure (so needed and yet so rarely done well). 3. Generous, easy, clear return policy. My prom was scheduled for May 1st and when May came, I had no dress! 5 months of waiting and I had no dress. They blamed the delay on COVID-19 which makes no sense as the dress would've shipping LONG before the outbreak as I ordered it in December. On exactly May 1st I was told that the dress would be here in 2 weeks. It is now June 17th and I have no dress. I was told it would be MAXIMUM another 2 weeks... a month and a half ago. They will not answer any messages now or return my calls. When I got through to the staff, they REFUSED to put the manager on the phone. My best guess is that they forgot to order my dress in December and tried to rush order it in May when I called. Moral of the story; I'm the only girl without her dress. All of my friends who ordered them from Elizabeth Noel, have a dress. All I have is a wasted deposit.

We decided to stop in the mall to get a few things and she seen Garage. She picked out a few things and took them to the dressing room. I noticed a guy in the dressing room area waiting on his girlfriend. Now he was standing directly outside of her room going in and out. Now my daughter is in the next room trying on clothes. So I asked the worker, and I think she was a manager, "why do you allow men in a all woman's dressing room" she stated, oh he's with his girlfriend. I said if he make a mistake and go in my daughters room it's going to be problems in this store. Don't think she heard me or she may have ignored me because she walked away. I watched this dude and made sure he didn't walk in my daughters room while she just took off. Not sure how the rules or laws are in Canada but this is unacceptable in the US. I'm just glad he didn't make the mistake and go in the wrong room or it wouldn't have been a good day for either one of us. This worker should be fired!! I'll report this to the corporate office as well.
