They had the cutest watermelon skirt. I've wanted a watermelon outfit since I was a toddler. Not sure why I never sewed one for myself. Today being Canada Day (YAAAAAY FOR CANADIANS NEW AND OLD! We are the most welcoming country to people of all backgrounds, lifestyles, gender identities, languages and religions!), the store isn't open but the website is. Highlights: 1. Free shipping over $25 (not sure if that is a time-limited offer) or you can pre-pay and pick it up in-store. 2. Comprehensive size chart that tells you how to measure (so needed and yet so rarely done well). 3. Generous, easy, clear return policy. My prom was scheduled for May 1st and when May came, I had no dress! 5 months of waiting and I had no dress. They blamed the delay on COVID-19 which makes no sense as the dress would've shipping LONG before the outbreak as I ordered it in December. On exactly May 1st I was told that the dress would be here in 2 weeks. It is now June 17th and I have no dress. I was told it would be MAXIMUM another 2 weeks... a month and a half ago. They will not answer any messages now or return my calls. When I got through to the staff, they REFUSED to put the manager on the phone. My best guess is that they forgot to order my dress in December and tried to rush order it in May when I called. Moral of the story; I'm the only girl without her dress. All of my friends who ordered them from Elizabeth Noel, have a dress. All I have is a wasted deposit.

This is a higher-end consignment shop stuffed floor to ceiling with women's clothes, handbags,…read moreshoes and accessories. They have a restrictive consignment policy. If you want to take things in then call ahead to make an appointment because you'll need one. There is a regular section and a designer section. Some of the clothes still have tags on them (thank you to those women who buy items but decide not to wear them!). They carry all sizes so you're sure to find something. Reasonable prices, especially if the item is on sale. Loyalty card gets you a $25 certificate after five purchases over $50. Helpful staff didn't make me feel as though they suspected every customer was trying to shoplift, an attitude far too prevalent in retail today.

Even though I rinsed the recommended suit in cold water, it has lost its shape and become saggy. Today I was told by store Staff that there is a bathing suit laundry soap which I was not told about at time of purchase. Now, six months later, the Staff at the store said they don't guarantee bathing suits used in chlorine pools and there was nothing they could do about it. I would not recommend buying a bathing suit from My Top Drawer if you are going to wear it in a chlorine pool. I feel that Staff need to be more forthcoming about the risks when buying a suit from this place. I definitely would not recommend My Top Drawer.

Not everyone is made to fit the mass-produced "predetermined" bras that you find in stores in the mall, and I found an amazing, hand-made bra in my budget. I was even able to buy 2!! I can really tell when I switch from my Top Drawer bra to one I got at department store, the difference is night and day!
