Me and my kids love the atmosphere and the team working is always super helpful and outgoing. We wish more places would be like this. The tall dark guy always seems to be there, I think he's the owner or manager but he's always very helpful. I ripped a pair of my jeans and called the store and he was very patient, told me come visit them at the store and just like that exchanged it for a new pair. Love the store!!!!!

Hired Sanders Recreation and Fitness to move my pool table, would not recommend this company, to…read morethe point where I feel the public should be aware of the damage they caused, as well as the health and safety risks they caused. 1. Upon arrival, the music in the Sanders employee's car was very loud while he sat and waited for his co-workers in my parking lot. As I work from home, this was very disruptive and disrespectful. 2. When I came to my house from out back, I shockingly found the Sanders employees already in my home. This was very concerning as I asked them to wait for me, and concerning, as it is unprofessional behaviour to let yourself into someone else's home (even boarders break and entering if your not let in, and choose to just walk in with no one present in the home). 3. I stepped into my home to find 2 of the 3 Sanders employees not wearing masks. I said "guys I see a serious problem here, no one is wearing masks, can you please put masks on?". I was not responded to, and then they put on masks while I was given a 5 second long mean, aggressive, stared down by the gentlemen that arrived with Larry. This was extremely unprofessional on multiple accounts. The demonstrated behaviour endangered my wellbeing and life. This unprofessional behaviour blatantly ignored the governments masks recommendations and the signs right beside my door that state "masks and hand sanitizing mandatory beyond this point". I felt violated, upset, endangered, ignored, uncomfortable, disrespected, and unhappy to pay money to be put in such a situation, especially in my own home. 4. One employee stated he didn't really care about the virus. 5. I found staples on my floor, after they left my home, in both rooms they worked in. 6. Upon the return visit, the pool table rail being carried into my home was banged off my front door. 7. Submitted complaint to management, and was sent a $50 gift card, which further insulted me, as it took more than $50 worth of my time, to address the issues with management over lengthy phone calls and emails. 8. Management offered to replace my damaged door and pool table rail, but never followed through on their offer. Disgusting how they blatantly lie to clients who pay them good money. Beware public.

This is a higher-end consignment shop stuffed floor to ceiling with women's clothes, handbags,…read moreshoes and accessories. They have a restrictive consignment policy. If you want to take things in then call ahead to make an appointment because you'll need one. There is a regular section and a designer section. Some of the clothes still have tags on them (thank you to those women who buy items but decide not to wear them!). They carry all sizes so you're sure to find something. Reasonable prices, especially if the item is on sale. Loyalty card gets you a $25 certificate after five purchases over $50. Helpful staff didn't make me feel as though they suspected every customer was trying to shoplift, an attitude far too prevalent in retail today.

A fellow customer was much more helpful and I told her I'd give her a reference if she was looking for a job (she wasn't). So virtually no help. Won't go back there again. I understand businesses want to get rid of instore shopping and their lack of service might get them there but, there are still customers who prefer to shop in person - Skechers might want to make those customer's experiences a little more user friendly.

I enjoyed London. On Saturday, I decided to figure out where everything was. I stumbled across this Skechers store, which was next to the MEC store that I had wanted to visit. I love Skechers. I would be an excellent spokesperson for the brand and would not stop anyone from giving me free sneakers. They are comfortable and are accommodating to women who have large feet. I wear a size 11. Luckily, Skechers makes shoes for me. If you go to the back of the store, you will find clearance shoe items. I found a wonderful, comfy pair of sneakers. The foam insoles are heavenly. My sneakers were 40% off. I was wearing sandals at the time. There are plenty of clean, disposable foot socks. I slipped a couple on and tried my soon-to-be-mine sneakers. Staff here are nice and chatty. I would recommend visiting this store if you are in London. (229)
