I was shocked to learn that if you purchase an entire outfit costing close to $500.00 the staff is helpful, friendly and accommodating. However, if for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase and need to return for a refund or exchange it's quite a different story. We were treated like second class citizens, the manager went so far as to accuse my friend of running a scam of wearing the outfit and bringing it back for refund. The handbag, shawl, and earrings were not being brought back ,only the dress! All the manager had to do was explain that the exchange policy/ gift card could be used at any of the companies sister stores in the mall and all would have been well(. she did not do that, she said gift card only to be used in her store) we were met with sarcasm, accusations, arrogance, and an extremely dismissive attitude with a sanctimonious smile across her face. laughing in our faces was the last straw, I lost my patience at that point, I'm sure most would after being accused of lying, trying to cheat the store, and her vindictive nature! staff training on how to defuse negative experiences not escalate them is highly recommended! We are the most welcoming country to people of all backgrounds, lifestyles, gender identities, languages and religions!), the store isn't open but the website is. Highlights: 1. Free shipping over $25 (not sure if that is a time-limited offer) or you can pre-pay and pick it up in-store. 2. Comprehensive size chart that tells you how to measure (so needed and yet so rarely done well). 3. Generous, easy, clear return policy. One girl, named Silver, came up to me and asked if she could help I said sure. I explained the type of jeans I liked and the style etc. I have an athletic build (bigger legs, small waist, and am fairly tall--5'8) so jean shopping takes patience. After having no luck with probably 8 pairs of jeans I was ready to head out and Silver and I think she manager convinced me I should keep trying on jeans and they said that the only jeans they had that would work for me were these "citizen" jeans which conveniently had the price tag ripped off, and happed to cost $350?? They asked why I didn't like the other jeans and I just said I didn't like how they were fitting tight on my legs and butt, and gaping in my waist and were too short, and then Silver said "well why are your legs SO big, we don't our jeans fit most girls". I was in shock that someone would just blatantly say something like that and also very embarrassed. So, I just order online now and will NEVER be trying on jeans here ever again.
