My thought process is, I could order one online and completely mess it up. I should probably leave it to an expert. Well I'm glad I stopped in! The screen protector was $10 which is the same prize Amazon was selling it for, but he installed it PERFECTLY. No bubbles, no weird cooked-ness. He even gave me some pricing to fix my old phone which was nice of him. I noticed the cases they had in store were pretty nice as well and they were selling a variety of refurbished phones. I had endless problems with my Outlook email system recently and when the Nerds in Ottawa were super-busy and could not respond immediately, Matthew Kirkland stepped right in and took care of my problems. He also gave me some great advice. Because Microscoft had done 'updates' that had thrown my Outlook set up out of wack, there was extra work to be done to get my Outlook to work properly. He refused to accept extra payment. I have had computer problems over the years and used many other 'computer repair service' companies, but nothing compares to Nerds on Site. They are very reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and very fair. They have my business as long as they want it.
