I've visited this store for the second time and purchased a disposable pen. After I got home and opened the pen I realized that it was empty. So either they sold me a defective product or something that someone used prior. I called the store and was told to come back for an exchange. *****Lengthy-ish review about the service of this place from someone just getting into marijuana***** This place is the worst. I love the aesthetics however the service is terrible. The girls who check you in are friendly and straightforward however when I walked into the gallery I got no help at all. No explanation on what anything was, nothing! I am new to marijuana, so this was terrifying. All I see is a man bun DB who is leaning on the cases talking to two other women. Side Note: Men why do you still wear Man Buns? It just makes you look like you don't want to be taken seriously. Anyway, I go to the check out windows and just ask for an Indica recommendation from this rainbow haired SJW girl and she suggests OG story. I ask her if it will definitely put me to sleep (I use marijuana for insomnia) and she goes "yeah it's my favorite." So I buy it. I come home and my boyfriend looks up the strain and says ITS A HYBRID! So I call The Source and they said the would exchange it. Great, I'm happy and grateful they did! So I go there the next morning and speak with one of the the guys at the window, he gave me very patronizing looks when I told him "I am new marijuana" then Matt came up to me and gave me a very patronizing and belittling sales experience. He started by talking about "flower" quality and other terms I did not know. I told him I was new marijuana as well and he started talking to me like I was a 5 year old. Dude just ask me what I want to feel and what my smoking habits are, I told you I am new to marijuana. I'm just getting started into this world. Today I went in and I was helped by Brooke and I go there pretty often! Anywho I am a war vet and I was a little short by a few bucks. These ladies didnt hesitate to literally take from their own tip jar to help me with about 2 bucks. It may seem small but it meant ALOT. This place is my go to and the staff is amazing. I followed all steps now required for delivery. Received text around 11:30 tracking my order and that there were 4 orders ahead of mine and it would arrive at 1:15. Watched it go down to 3 orders ahead, and arrival time increased by 30 minutes. Just checked again and now 5 orders ahead of mine and arrival now 3pm. Called and canceled order. I understand the process in place, but cmon. When I called, they told me that it could be as late as 6pm. Why provide tracking of order if it means nothing?!?!? read more

Quit going here last November when the manager would not extend the Veterans Day discount one extra day as a courtesy for me because I worked until 8pm every night. I spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this store, but decided that their loyalty was not to their patrons and losing a customer was more important than extending the extra 10% for someone who served in the military one extra day. The manager seriously told me that she would rather lose a customer than extend it one extra day due to my conflicting schedule. She said that if she did it for me that she would have to do it for everyone. Such a shame! For first timers, they were extremely helpful however the music blaring in the background interrupted a lot of the conversation so I didn't feel like I left with what I wanted. Everyone was kind and attentive but it did feel like they rushed us out of there instead of letting us pick and choose what we wanted. It's the closest to my house so I would visit again, but it is extremely pricey and I don't like the sense of being in a rush especially since I'm new to the experience. Ok, wat a team this great dispense put together. As a long time med patient, I have felt like us med people have been left behind by the recreation side of marijuana sales, however not @ this place. Been having trouble finding the edibles I need for my condition ever since we went "rec" ! I finally let my fingers do the walking ( sorry kids this is an old saying, for phone books, ha ! ) Anyhow I googled higher content edibles and happily The Source came up. I had my first visit to The Source last night and it was a pretty good experience. The staff is extremely friendly and it's a very nice environment. It's definitely not like your standard dispensary where the reception area looks sketchy. It's really clean, bright, and open. There isn't a lock on the door to the product, which makes it feel less secretive. i really like how the product is displayed in glass display cases and it makes it feel more of a high end experience. They have a great first time special where you either get a source battery for their pens, a gram, or a joint for free. I chose the gram and it was pretty good quality. The only complaint I have about this place is prices. It's on the high end compared to my usual dispensary. They charge around 14 to 19 for a gram, depending on the strain. This price DOES NOT include tax - which is a big turn off for me. I like when a dispensary includes tax on their prices so you know exactly what you're paying. The product isn't super high end either for their prices to be this much. I usually go to Essence, which charges $12 a gram and includes tax, and the quality of product is basically the same. I think at The Source you're more so paying for the environment and customer service. I really love the location of The Source because it's close to my house and the customer service is an A+ but I think I'd rather drive a little further to get cheaper prices. I bought 2 grams and a cartridge and paid around $82, which is kind of a lot compared to other dispensaries in town. I'll go back for specials but I don't think I'll be a regular here unless they lower their prices. Just an FYI - they are cash only and have an ATM in the store. read more
