The store refused to give me a copy of the receipt, claiming they can't find it and its not in their system. Been trying for weeks to get it. Poor quality products, poor customer service. Grabcell approved a return but Canada Post did not deliver using the Return Address Label they provided. A month later, the phone came back. I got nothing but run in circles from Grabcell and Amazon. They did sell us a good product but not without a good amount of convincing required since we were planning to shop around a bit. But having used Virgin services in Europe and the overall brand value, we did go for it. Virgin uses Bell network in Canada, so the quality of service is as good. When I took it into the store they sent me to the Apple Store. The people at Apple told me to take it back to Best Buy because it was under 14 days old and they told me that they have to exchange it for a new one at Best Buy. I then went to the Best Buy at Sherway Gardens, where they told me that the Woodbine Best Buy has to exchange the phone, as the exchange could only be done at the location it was bought. I then called Customer Service, where they told me that according to the rules that they have to exchange my phone, however the Customer Service Representative was not able to get a hold of the manager of the store. Finally, after 3 hours of roaming back and forth, I took it back to the Woodbine Best Buy. The same guy who was previously there told me there was nothing wrong with the phone, even though he previously addmitted to the home button not functioning properly. It was only after I threatened to call customer service they decided to exchange. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I deserve some compensation for the 3 hours of my life I am not getting back. They didnt exchange it in the first place out of pure laziness and insted tried to convince me that I was wrong. I would highly reccomend the Sherway Gardens Best Buy, as they had excellent Customer Service.

The store is larger than other locations that I have visited. I got a foot stepper that also massages your feet. It was $10. I bought it for my mom. I also decided to learn how to crochet by getting a cute penguin crochet kit for $4. Both items are dirt cheap! The lineup wasn't exceptionally long. However, I was waiting for a good ten minutes. One person wanted to exchange a shoe rack for a pressure washer. The woman in front of me was asking tons of questions about what she was buying. It's a good thing that I was patient and didn't need to be anywhere. The cashier was nice, despite being interrogated before she helped cash me out. Cash, debit, and credit cards are acceptable payment methods. There is plenty of parking here (173)

I needed a lightning cable which is kept behind the electronics counter and there was no staff member anywhere in sight except for one person at cash. I waited at the counter almost 10 minutes before I gave up and walked out. When you do get a staff member, they don't have any idea what they carry in their store and are extremely unhelpful. I don't recommend shopping here unless you have unlimited time to wait and have verified in advance that the store carries what you are looking for.
