Whatever you do, do not go to this location. I bought a phone that had a broken home button. It was under 14 days used and less than 30 mins of usage. When I took it into the store they sent me to the Apple Store. The people at Apple told me to take it back to Best Buy because it was under 14 days old and they told me that they have to exchange it for a new one at Best Buy. I then went to the Best Buy at Sherway Gardens, where they told me that the Woodbine Best Buy has to exchange the phone, as the exchange could only be done at the location it was bought. I then called Customer Service, where they told me that according to the rules that they have to exchange my phone, however the Customer Service Representative was not able to get a hold of the manager of the store. Finally, after 3 hours of roaming back and forth, I took it back to the Woodbine Best Buy. The same guy who was previously there told me there was nothing wrong with the phone, even though he previously addmitted to the home button not functioning properly. It was only after I threatened to call customer service they decided to exchange. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I deserve some compensation for the 3 hours of my life I am not getting back. They didnt exchange it in the first place out of pure laziness and insted tried to convince me that I was wrong. I would highly reccomend the Sherway Gardens Best Buy, as they had excellent Customer Service. read more
