Got a call to pick it up. Was covered in glue. Guy took it to the back and came back two seconds later and said we could keep and you leave and come back while we clean it or give a discount. Huh? You want me to leave while you clean all the glue off then drive back? Pretty sure they were playing video games when I came in. Avoid this overpriced amateur spot. "But it's only the on/off switch," I bleated. They claimed it was all one component. (Spoiler alert: bullshit.) Then I contacted CPR. They quoted me less than half. I had to give them half of that ($50) so they would order the part. They kept me apprised every step of the way, and accurately managed my expectations. Then met them. When they received the part, I dropped off my phone. They helped me put it into maintenance mode; so my apps and data were protected. Yay! I got a call when the phone was ready. They took less than the hour and a half they had advised me it might take. I was able to pick it up on my way out for the evening. All in all, a marvellous experience, and a very satisfying resolution to my hardware issue. Highly recommended.

Do not go to this place , they don't know what they are doing !!…read more This place clams to be Apple authorized dealer , I was recommended by an acquaintance to have my IPhone 7plus battery replaced, I was told that this place is not busy , no appointments needed and quite efficient, I was rushing to have it done before end of the year for the price of $35. So I left my phone there for 30min and went back and a different guy told me that they have difficulty opening my phone because my screen is not original, but no problem, please come back in another 15min, when I went back and finished paying , he goes it's all done but by the way , be careful there is a gap between your screen and your phone, so I slide my phone off my case and realized the screen is scratched up and it's damaged, it won't stick to the phone anymore, and he refused to admit that they broke it and tell me it's a cheap screen, that's why it broke . I was in a hurry for work and I left saving my breath arguing with him . Later my friends told me they have never heard of Apple authorized dealer !! My bad to save time . I ended up replacing my screen again and I don't even think the battery performs any better than before .
