Pulled pork & brisket plate w/ green beans and baked beans

Super cute decor and vibes, love the strong lighting. Service was really attentive and food came out quickly, even on a busy Friday night. Food was 10/10. Sauces were delicious. If you're in the area, don't miss this place!

This place is very spacious. It's a stand alone building with plenty of parking space. It's designed like a barn house inside. With string lights as their main form of lighting. It's nicely done shabby and chic feel. The ceiling looks like it could be an event space. You order at the counter and they serve you at the table. They have two different barbecue sauces, a mustard base and a sweet base barbecue. That's already at your table. You can ask for their flavored vinegar sauce (which is actually very well seasoned) or their extra spicy sauce from the waiter. I enjoyed the spicy barbecue sauce and the vinegar the most. Staff is very friendly and nice. I got the combo platter with ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. With that it comes with two sides and rolls. The brisket was cooked perfectly it was very tender, but held together well. The mac & cheese was very creamy just the way I like it. French fries were lightly seasoned and crispy. Overall, pretty good barbecue place to come try. They have multiple locations as well.

Really cool space and excellent food! Large parking lot! You order at counter and then they bring you your meal. No booze but Soft drinks and tea sold.

Jamie is fantastic. Awesome service! As a BBQ "snob" (as my husband says) this place knocked it out of the park. The pork rinds are crunchy and flavorful. The brisket fell apart. The pulled pork had a great bark. The chopped chicken was phenomenal. Our favorite sauces were the vinegar and hot. Overall, if you're in the area, try this quaint little place out!

SAUCE LIFE! The mustard and vinegar sauce were tied for my personal favorite

OH.MY.LAWD. My partner and I decided to do a South Carolina road trip and the Anderson/Greenville area was our first stop. I honestly never gave SC much thought for some reason and do I feel stupid. The bbq I had in SC was next level. I've had plenty of BBQ in my life in many places (FL, GA, AL, TX, NC, TN to name some) and I seriously think SC has the best BBQ... Smokin Pigs was sincerely delicious and I am grateful I was in the area on a day it was open. That is the biggest problem with traveling in the state, trying to get to the BBQ places you want when they are open! This place set the bar HIGH. Everything was delicious even the sides. So many sauces. So many yums. They bring pork rinds to the table when you sit down! It's an order at the counter and they bring your food place. Food comes out quick. I wish I could go back now... The brisket and ribs were DIVINE! Texas, this brisket is looking at you. The pork was good but not the shining star. All of the sides were good, that never happens! My mouth is watering

Pretty good food. I have always thought it was a little over priced. I realize that the same canbe said for most BBQ places.

Occasionally, I like their barbecue and or ribs. It's not a place that I frequent because I don't eat a lot of red meat.

We came in about 6:30 on a Friday night. We ended up waiting in line for about 20 minutes. The…read moreline was out the door when we got there so don't be intimidated by that. You order at the counter and they prepare your food as you are on the other side of the glass. There is one person that does the meat and then the tray gets passed to the next person who gets your sides for you. Then you move to the register where you give your drink order and pay your tab. You are given the option to pay with a card or get a discount for cash. You get your drinks and find a table. As busy as they were, we wondered if we would be able to find a table. There were plenty of they also have some tables outside but it was super hot. I had the pulled pork plate and my son and husband both had the chopped brisket. The pork was good but the brisket was amazing. Brisket is amazing when done right and this was done very right. Full of flavor and moist and juicy. AMAZING. You have three different sauces you can try. They are at the tables. Hot, regular and mustard based. All had great flavor and the hot wasn't real hot. As sides we had the Brunswick stew, Mac and Cheese and cheesy hash browns. The Brunswick stew is less chunky and more fine. The flavor was good. The Mac and cheese was very creamy in a white cheese sauce. It was really good. The hash browns were full of flavor. I would definitely order the Mac and cheese and hashbrowns again but probably would skip the Brunswick stew. Not that it wasn't good. I would just try other menu items first. Just FYI. No alcohol. But you're coming here for the food. You won't even miss having an adult beverage. The tea is freshly brewed and all you need. All three of us left stuffed. I took half of my meal home with me. They definitely give you plenty to eat. We shared a banana pudding at the end because my son wanted to try it. It was very rich and creamy. Not sure if it is available every day because the menu just offers a dessert of the day. Two of us shared it and there was plenty to share. Of course, this was after we each had already eaten our dinners. And we're already stuffed. But the person at the table behind us was raving about how good it was so we couldn't resist. The employees were friendly and they kept the line moving. There were two kind ladies out in the dining area refilling drinks and making sure tables were cleaned as soon as people left. This is the kind of food you dream about after you've been there. So very good. We will definitely be back soon.

Don't really understand the hype for this place. Brought out of town friends to FGB for an early…read more6:00pm dinner on a Saturday. They were already out of couple of meats & several sides. Collard greens & Mac n cheese are excellent and portions are huge. I witnessed most guests leaving with to-go boxes. Wish there was an option for less food at reduced prices. $30 for food/drink/gratuities per person. I find it rather expensive. However.... waitstaff were excellent & friendly!!
