Everything had to be purchased separately, including $1 for two small salsa cups and $2 for a small side of cilantro and onion. Between the cleanliness concerns, extra charges for basic sides, and disappointing food, it was absolutely not worth almost $60. We won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place.
