What was supposed to be a quick grab and go of beverages turned into 45 minutes of shopping for many items. They have fresh-cut meats and fresh-caught seafood in the back of the store. Their frozen food section was also quite large compared to standard grocery stores. They carry fresh produce as well! On the way out, there was a large sign saying this is an employee-owned company. That's pretty neat I'm not handing my money to a large faceless corporation, but to a consortium of employees. WinCo may become a once a month or once a quarter stop to restock some of our family favorites!

They do also have a hot food section, so if you're craving some Filipino food, you can grab something here on your quick lunch break. Everything is a little on the pricier side but honestly, I don't mind the extra $2 to $5 because HEY, they're the first Asian grocery in the city and they already offer SO much.
