It took 17 minutes for them to "pull it together" and check us out. They move so slowly. Customers knew what they wanted (since we had so much time to decide while waiting) I just don't understand why they are so slow. I had a sour cream donut and it was very good. Fresh, sweet and light. Our cake donuts were pretty gummy. Maybe it's the humidity in Rockport? Idk, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was only 10am. My husband had a sausage, egg, cheese croissant and said it was pretty good. My ham and cheese croissant was just ok. This place is so dated and old you can't really tell how clean it Is. I passed several donut places to get here because it had a higher review... not sure why. It's just ok. I'll try the closer ones next time.
