Dropped by on our way to Anacortes to get lunch. It's a cute little restaurant/cafe looking place with acouch area. The food though is served very differently. They are mostly a meal prep company, with most of the food items in the case were to take home and cooke there. We had a couple of things we could order on site that they could warm up, so we tried the salmon & scalloped potatoes and the beet vache salad. They took the salmon packs and warmed them up in the kitchen and the way they plated it was gorgeous, but the taste was okay. It was more on the fishy side and less onthe creamy scalloped potato side of flavor. We got the small packs and it was a lot of food, but $15 per pack, so a little pricey. Sis liked the salad but thought the dressing tasted like lemonade. I tasted it and loved it, so I spread it on the salmon and it made it taste so much better. I ended up buying a bottle of the dressing, but be prepared to put it on ice because if it gets warm, it loses the consistency it has when you chill it down again. Still, it was delicious. We also bought a bacon and chive scone and it was pretty greasy. I think scones are something you can't warm up, but youshould eat it fresh out of the oven. I like this place but I see an uphill battle for them because this is one of those healthy places that focuses more on ingredients and the take home part of their business than taste and convenience.

The place setting for the meal - once I get photos of the meal itself, I'll upload those.

We hired Skagit Table to cater our wedding reception, and I kid you not I am still dreaming about the food we had. Dates stuffed with bacon, cheese made in-county, and honey cooked to perfection. Vegan squash fritters for my nephew who is deathly allergic to all dairy proteins. Melt-in-your-mouth gnocchi made with ingredients all from Washington and Idaho. It. Was. INCREDIBLE. And because so many wedding couples often don't even get to eat at their own wedding, S.T. went out of their way to reserve food for us before we arrived at the venue, and even staged a mini-intervention in order to make sure we got an actual meal when some insistent family members (bless 'em) tried to dominate all our time. They were kind, professional, but also fun to plan with. I heartily recommend the Skagit Table for catering services.

Beautiful place fresh local healthy food. Amazing life changing "pesto" sauce that they serve with their salad.

We had the salmon chowder which was delicious, and a couple of us also had the avocado toast.

I particularly enjoy their fresh produce, local dairy, different wines, and a wonderful greeting card section. While not everything is organic, a much bigger emphasis is placed on local, organic, and renewable. I also like the bins with nuts, beans, and many other dry products, helps with reducing packaging. You can even fill your own honey jar. Outside you might enjoy nursery finds. Order your lunch at the counter, many great options. All in all, it's always a good experience with friendly and helpful employees serving us. I just wish it was closer to home!

There are things here that Whole Foods and Met Market only dream of, and freshness they cannot match. Yes it is a bit more than Safemeyers, but the quality is superior. The bread selection alone makes it worth the visit, and that is not to mention excellent brewed coffee, a high quality and ever changing cafeteria, and technical books covering everything from air frier food prep to building a home. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about what they sell, and if you ask a question they can not answer, they will find one.

While you're waiting you can go to the shop down the stairs or go to the dessert area right next to the waiting area to get some great desserts. Last time i was there I saw frosted cream cheese sugar cookies, and pies, and more. When you get seated there are so many great food options, lots of options, same with drinks. They are only open until 3:30 pm so be sure to manage time well. And don't expect an empty place, it's usually populated. Tight space, so scoot in those chairs as far as you can. Staff were laid back, and nice. When they're busy make sure to be patient with the staff, they're dealing with tons of other orders as well.

We had breakfast there last Wednesday morning, and from the moment we arrived, it felt special. The outside is adorable, but somehow the inside is even more charming. There's such a warm, welcoming energy the second you walk in. Off to the side is their incredible shop, "Re-Feather Your Nest," filled with thousands of unique and beautiful items--it honestly feels like a destination all on its own. To the left when you enter, you're greeted by their bakery cases, and wow--there are more options than most bakeries I've ever seen. Everything looked amazing, and we were lucky enough to be seated right away (always a win!). The restaurant itself is two stories, and our table overlooked the store below, which made the whole experience even more fun. We started with their famous cinnamon roll, fresh coffee (with the cutest little design on top!), and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice--which was incredibly refreshing. For breakfast, I ordered the Calico Benedict on a homemade English muffin with corned beef--so good! And the country-style potatoes? Easily some of the best I've ever had. I couldn't even finish them and happily took the rest home...they were just as delicious the next day. My husband ordered the Breakfast Sampler with sausage and loved every bite as well. What really stood out, beyond the food, was how clean everything was and how genuinely happy the staff seemed. You can tell they enjoy working there, and that makes such a difference. After breakfast, we wandered through the gift shop and found so many unique treasures--big and small. I actually visited Magnolia in Waco, Texas a couple of months ago, and honestly, this is the kind of charming, personality-filled place that would fit right in there (and maybe even outshine it!). If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by--even if it's just to browse the shop. It's one of those rare places that truly has it all. A must-visit!

Our servers Stephanie and Elizabeth were so helpful, they made the whole experience so stress-free! We got to the restaurant an hour early to setup the Auxiliary meeting room we reserved for our club meeting. After talking with the servers, it was decided that it may not be big enough for a group of our size. The servers graciously offered to close off the main portion of the restaurant instead, and redirect the normal patrons to the Auxiliary meeting room. This worked excellent, and there was plenty of space for our club to meet! The servers also helped up re-arrange the tables to suit our needs, and we had plenty of space. The menus worked great, and the food was absolutely delicious. Additionally, we had one or two guests who had dietary restrictions, and the servers were more than accommodating to them. Our club meeting also went very well! The restaurant was quiet and we had no trouble hearing our president and officers make announcements. The servers very discreetly gathered up the checks, and nobody had any complaints about things not being processed properly. Overall, the officers commented about how accommodating the restaurant was and how the servers went out of their way to make our meeting work well. And it did - we one of the highest turnouts of any non-holiday meeting despite the rain. Thanks so much for the great experience. We will be back next year!
