The salon is located in the third ward and beautifully decorated, industrial style. They also use Apple Pay. The parking is on the street which can be a bit of a pain but I can generally find street parking within a block's walking distance. I did take a friend here for a pedicure once and I will say that maybe it was the day or tight timing, but it felt a bit rushed and unfriendly, which is a bit unfortunate. I tried asking for a refund since I was not given sufficient notice to even cancel or reschedule my visit and there was no assistance and then they just stopped responding. The cancellation policy online states that if you cancel more than 3 hours before your visit, there isn't an issue, but I wasn't even texted more than 3 hours before, so this wasn't even an option for me. I think this is just a lazy way to get money out of people and reflects poorly on your ability to correspond with clients in a timely fashion.
