I met with Kathy and Lola and they took photos of my face and gave me suggestions on options to fix redness and wrinkles and thoroughly reviewed the procedure. I am very self conscience of the broken capillaries on the side of my nose and the redness in my face and I learned I have rosacea. I had BBL and while mildly uncomfortable I cried tears of happiness at the results - the ugly dark veins are almost gone! I also did a little Botox and it really opened my eyes and erased my RB (trying to be PG) face expression. So I decided I wanted my lips done. So we did 1/2 a syringe just so could get use to it and see if I liked it. So a month goes by and I felt like yes my lips were plump for about 3 weeks. Then I wanted to do more. So within a month and a half I had a full syringe of juvederm that's supposed to last 6 months to a year and my botox done and sculptra that was 1600 plus 600 lips and whatever for botox. So 2700 dollars spent. In August 2026. I called the medi spa and I got treated so horrible just because I called and said my lips look back to where they were in the begging my botox is really bad already. This was last week October 10th. So the front desk bitch tells me oh its probably your body how it metabolizes and so on... im like well I was never told that in the consultation and I never signed anything. I asked if nurse Kathy could call me back instead another front desk member called me and I explained and asked if there's anything they can do to accommodate me and then I told her that I researched juvederm and there's 2 different types. One that they inject around the lips for wrinkles and only subtle volume. Then there's the other one that gets injected on your lips for fullness plumpness pigment enhancement etc... that's what I told her with showing her a pictures of what I wanted! Why does it look like I just got injected just around my lips. Im telling you my lips do not look like they were ever done! I never got asked which juvederm I wanted and when I tried explaining that the front desk bitch got mad and said well unfortunately are journey is gonna have to end here. Why cause I called you out on your bullshit!!! Your using half ass medication for your clients that are paying big money!!! Don't ever go there unless you have documents that can back you up cause they dont accommodate shit!!! So rude, disrespectful, dont know anything, quick to judge and try and make you pay for shit like a follow up. Let's just say no my journey has not ended yet!
