Rates are all listed, as well as their services. The bios, like I said, tell you which service each masseuse has specialized in. Melissa really listened to what I needed. Each time I bought 75 minute massages and I asked myself each time, why I didn't get a 90 minute. They also offer 120 minutes, which I haven't seen many places at all. Anyway, she not only listened to me, but she catered to what my body needed. And she remembered that I kickbox, so that actually made me feel special; like she cared. Why are you still reading this? They asked if I wanted to talk to someone but I was so upset about how it was handled that I left. I then received a text from Mend about scheduling a new appointment.... I left a message about how I was upset. I did receive a call but the person who called kept saying that had to cancel and that you need a note from your doctor. I then tried to get a clarification from the caller and asked exactly what condition did I need a note from my doctor. The person on the phone said for your blood clot... OMG! I do not have a blood clot. I know better. I shared with them that I OA and RA and a TKR that was healed. I also said that I had FMD (Fibromuscular Dysplasia) of my internal carotid arteries and that I was to have not massage in the front of my neck. Instead of getting a clarification about the FMD they just canceled me. I scheduled a 30 min massage - mainly for my legs not my neck. Handled very poorly.

Then I was laid on my stomach and was given pulse massages via a TENS unit for 10-12 minutes... And that was it.
