Don't even second guess yourself or look for any other place to go. Just go. You will not be disappointed. This place is everything your body craves. Stressed out? Sad? Sore? In pain? Or maybe because you just fucking deserve it. Go. With that being said, my amazing experiences here have been due to Melissa. She's the masseuse that I chose based off of her bio. Their website lists all of their current masseuses, accompanied by a mini bio that lets you know what they specialize in and gives you a little bit of an idea of their personality. I am sure that they are all wonderful, but I ultimately went with Melissa and I was NOT disappointed. What's also great about their website is that everything is there, black and white. Rates are all listed, as well as their services. The bios, like I said, tell you which service each masseuse has specialized in. Melissa really listened to what I needed. Each time I bought 75 minute massages and I asked myself each time, why I didn't get a 90 minute. They also offer 120 minutes, which I haven't seen many places at all. Anyway, she not only listened to me, but she catered to what my body needed. And she remembered that I kickbox, so that actually made me feel special; like she cared. Why are you still reading this? What are you waiting for? Go treat yo-self!! Need more convincing? Prices are totally competitive and worth it. Don't do what I did and get a Groupon for a massage. You pay for what you get. And my last Groupon massage experience was a nightmare. This place is clean and tranquil. Most importantly she doesn't talk through the massage. It's truly, amazing and relaxing. Located in Bay View. Parking is on the street but I've never had an issue with this. My goal will be to go once a month if my budget allows. They also offer $20-30 off for returning customers who want to buy multiple massages. They run deals sometimes. I bought a sweet package for me and my fiancé. Best. Decision. Ever. Are you still reading this? Go book! Call or you can book right online but you'll have to go to the website so that it can bring you to their site. Do it. You will not regret it. read more

Honesty check...yes I go here every four weeks for a massage. I have been getting regular massages for the past 15+ years and it was disturbing when my therapist of over 10 years moved away. Healium took over and honestly I never looked back. Typically I go to Jeanne but will take Aubrey if Jeanne is booked and I really need a massage. I like to stay with one person because they get to know your aches, pains, etc. There are multiple therapists there so ask about your massage style and they can make a recommendation. Like them on FB and they sometimes offer package deals for massage and hot yoga. They are a local Bay View business which is a bonus for me. read more

Very disappointed I booked a 30 minutes session, around 2 weeks ago an paid ahead. I had an emergency the day of the appointment and my mind was not in the right place so I forgot since I never got a message, email or call as a reminder. I paid ahead of time so better not call to stay with the money than actually try to reach the customer before time, they call after 15 mins to tell me that I missed the appointment but not thought of calling before. I never missed an appointment before, but consideration does not seem like one of the values for the company. read more

Great massage by Meg! She was client centered and attentive! She truly listened to my health needs and focused her positive energy on helping me feel better! read more

Added cupping to massage and it was wonderful. Ben is very knowledgeable, customer service oriented and checks in on your comfort level. He thoroughly explains what will occur. Also asks if you wish to have hot stones, hot towels and essential oils. I am thrilled to find a place I am able to walk to and relax. Atmosphere is great, quiet and soothing. read more

If you get enough massages hopefully you are lucky enough to have one phenomenal experience that becomes the massage all other massages are judged by. Unfortunately for me I had that experience on my first massage 15 years ago. While all massages are special and unique that one set a very high bar that no others had come close to, until my trip to Healium. Ben, was my massage therapist, and he is a very talented professional. Good amount of checking in on my comfort without being distracting, offered complimentary aromatherapy options, hot towels and stones, and did a great job addressing any issues I communicated. Office is tight but they have made it very welcoming and safe. Rooms and tables are comfortable. Mask was required in common spaces but not during massage, although Ben kept his on throughout. read more

Started taking yoga classes at Healium Wellness. Only taken the Hot Yoga. The room is nice and small. The temperature is around 105 and the humidity is close to 40%. Since it's a small room you, get more personal attention from the instructor. they have rental mats and towels. Sign up to save your spot for the class. It seems like there can only be 15 people practicing in the room. I, myself, feel better after taking class. I only do it twice a week. And again I have only taken the Hot Yoga class. But sweating out all the toxins is a great way to start or finish your week. read more

I come here every once in a while if I want to books a massage at the last minute or if I have a Monday off & my usual spot isn't open. The massage was good - I had no complaints about it. There was a just the right pressure in all the right spots. But the issue was the masseuse I had kept in sniffling during the whole massage. It wasn't the best thing I've ever heard during a 90 minute massage. Maybe I'll be back to try a different masseuse. read more

Everyone at Healium is amazing. Tanya and Jeanne have created a phenomenal business where anyone who walks in the door feels welcome and is well taken care of. The entire staff is enthusiastic and dedicated to their craft. There is a therapist for everyone!! I go to Jeanne every Monday for a 75 minute session and I can't live without it!!! Treat yourself! They're adding facials and I can't wait!!! read more

Clearly speaking from first hand experience from going in and talking with the employees, I can tell you they are ODD! I walked in to check the place out. Was greeted and within seconds had the therapist RUDLY walk away and blast music in the lobby. While another employee followed me to my car asking inappropriate questions. Doesn't seem above board. Speaking from personal experience and interaction with the employees, SKIP THIS ONE. Also continuously having people's comments removed about their experience at this company will not change the fact, SKIP this place! read more

Excellent protocols for dealing with Covid 19. Felt safe. Have been going here for years, but was concerned about possible infection. No worries. I also discovered two therapists that I have not used before: Kate and Ben. Book either person, they are very skilled. read more

I am a big fan of these women and feel compelled to give a special shout-out to Ingrid, a massage therapist I went to several weeks back. I signed up for a 90-minute massage, thanks to a discount they offered for purchasing a gift certificate. What a treat! It was my first time seeing Ingrid, and I will swear by her from now on. I felt very comfortable, she used just the right amount of pressure (I like a lot) and she stretched out key muscle groups by moving my body into specific positions for maximum benefit. I came out of there feeling like a brand new woman! read more

Unexplainable calm and serenity. Claustrophobia? No problem, keep the top up. I went for the full graduated experience and started with it open and ended with it closed-- no light, no sound. I feel like there is so much more to say but really, there are no perfect words to describe this. I can say my world we be very different if I could do this everyday. read more

Tried eastern massage for the first time with Sasha and I am just so ecstatic that I did. I have serious back and neck pain from frequent work travel and constant and computer work and it's currently relieved. Normal massage typically reduces the pain and lasts a few hours. This is pain relief. Hopefully it lasts a while. Bought a gift card for my spouse - another back pain victim - and I'm looking forward to my next visit. I'm honestly thrilled I took a chance on this place, the person and the method. Strongly encourage you to do the same. read more

As a clinical psychologist sitting for hours, I often need someone to work out and stretch out the kinks that develop over time. Aubrey is simply amazing. Intuitive, gentle, and compassionate in her touch, she speaks without speaking. Give this place a try. I only wish they were in my East Side Neighborhood, but no worries - definitely worth the trek. read more

Kate was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable during my session and is very experienced. She is very personable and I am beyond thrilled with my experience. I highly highly recommend going to Healium. They take great care of everyone that walks in the door and have a knowledge that surpasses other spas I've gone to. Thank you Kate! You truly made my birthday a relaxing and rejuvenating day!! Look forward to going back soon!!! read more

I love Healium, especially Meg. Fantastic place to go to relax and learn.

I have been a frequent client at Healium Massage and Wellness for the last year; I have recommended Healium to numerous friends and have even bought gift certificates as presents. Why? Not because the space is calm and beautiful (it is -and smells so lovely too,) not because Healium provides custom self-booking through Schedulicity (THE bomb for busy people), not because parking is easy (totally) or because Healium carries - but does not ever push - really terrific products for body and mind -- I return to and recommend Healium because on every single visit my individual needs are professionally assessed and lovingly, effectively addressed. I ALWAYS leave Healium feeling better mentally and physically than when I arrived. When was the last time you could say that about a doctor's appointment? Give 'em a try - you will be so very glad that you did. read more

For some, massage is a luxury. For me, it is a necessity. Whatever the case may be for you, book an appointment at Healium Massage and Wellness today. Tanya is one of the most talented massage therapists in Milwaukee and I have visited quite a few to treat chronic neck and shoulder pain. She is extremely attentive and spends time talking with clients before the massage begins to learn where to focus her efforts. During the massage she checks in to ensure that she is applying the perfect amount of pressure. The environment at Healium is so clean, calming and serene I wish I could stay for a weekend retreat! When I have an appointment at Healium I always leave feeling ten times better than when I arrived. read more

The best massage I've ever had! I've had a lot of massages at many different places trying to find one I liked. This place is it! Nice building and spacious room. Michelle was awesome too! Already made a return appointment. You need to check this place out! read more

Wonderful experience! The massage was very responsive to my needs. They walk you through their practice as it isn't the standard run of the mill massage and make sure you're comfortable with their unique style. I liked that the massage was more active and stretched me as well as worked toward my problem areas. This is a must try if you're on the fence! read more

I've been going to Healium every month for about two years, and it is not your typical massage place. Each person has additional training in areas that interest them. It may take a few tries to find the person you best jive with, but that's okay - the therapists at Healium encourage you to work with other therapists there. It's not a competitive environment. They may even recommend someone who is better suited for the goals you have. I specifically work with Ingrid and Amber and LOVE them both. They are both learning more about their craft all the time, and I think of them as artisans in massage. They do massage because they love it and want to help you heal whatever is causing you issues. They want to know about you, and they provide recommendations, resources, etc. I am someone who really likes that. I also love that at Healium every massage utilizes whatever may be helpful for you - for example, there is no such thing as an aromatherapy massage or hot stone massage that costs more. These things are included in your treatment if it makes sense for why you are there or if you request them. I'm proud to have such an awesome place in Bayview :). read more
