I had booked and contacted them before to…read morecancel because I had a medical emergency and the massage wouldn't have been very enjoyable. Second time, I had the dates mixed up. I take 100% responsibility for this! I texted to see if there was anything I can do. The person texting has a serious attitude that I was just smiling my way through texting. The gift card was $50 in value. She now will not respond or answer any of my text messages , basically stealing my gift card which was given to me. Super unprofessional. She told me I had one more chance to book but I guess she really needs that $50 . I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want unprofessionalism!

I haven't had a massage here yet, but I'm already a customer in that I got a couple of gift…read morecertificates. They are keeping costs down by occupying a modest space without a desk person. Although not fancy like more expensive massage spas, it's clean with privacy. And the prices are very good. All appointments need to be arranged online, which is actually more convenient than talking to someone on the phone. Gift certificates can be bought online too, but I didn't see that part since I didn't have the right glasses on, so I came in person. Although the place was closed, the owner called me right back and came in just to sell me the gift certificates even though she had canceled all appointments for the day because she injured her thumb. She was there in under 5 minutes, which is faster than I got my coffee served at Collectivo this morning. Many services here that I will probably never get myself, but if you want to give a thoughtful gift that's more useful, specific, and practical than the usual, I would put Rain Massage at the top of your list. I heard that Santa gets his massages here, but I'm Buddhist so what do I know. You can't see the place easily from the parking lot, Google Maps brings you near the hardware store or the dog grooming place. Park in front of either, not in handicapped, unless you really are, and then walk north between the two. It's tucked in back next to a hair stylist. Remember, make you appointment online first.

Don't even second guess yourself or look for any other place to go. Just go. You will not be…read moredisappointed. This place is everything your body craves. Stressed out? Sad? Sore? In pain? Or maybe because you just fucking deserve it. Go. With that being said, my amazing experiences here have been due to Melissa. She's the masseuse that I chose based off of her bio. Their website lists all of their current masseuses, accompanied by a mini bio that lets you know what they specialize in and gives you a little bit of an idea of their personality. I am sure that they are all wonderful, but I ultimately went with Melissa and I was NOT disappointed. What's also great about their website is that everything is there, black and white. Rates are all listed, as well as their services. The bios, like I said, tell you which service each masseuse has specialized in. Melissa really listened to what I needed. Each time I bought 75 minute massages and I asked myself each time, why I didn't get a 90 minute. They also offer 120 minutes, which I haven't seen many places at all. Anyway, she not only listened to me, but she catered to what my body needed. And she remembered that I kickbox, so that actually made me feel special; like she cared. Why are you still reading this? What are you waiting for? Go treat yo-self!! Need more convincing? Prices are totally competitive and worth it. Don't do what I did and get a Groupon for a massage. You pay for what you get. And my last Groupon massage experience was a nightmare. This place is clean and tranquil. Most importantly she doesn't talk through the massage. It's truly, amazing and relaxing. Located in Bay View. Parking is on the street but I've never had an issue with this. My goal will be to go once a month if my budget allows. They also offer $20-30 off for returning customers who want to buy multiple massages. They run deals sometimes. I bought a sweet package for me and my fiancé. Best. Decision. Ever. Are you still reading this? Go book! Call or you can book right online but you'll have to go to the website so that it can bring you to their site. Do it. You will not regret it.

I paid ahead of time so better not call to stay with the money than actually try to reach the customer before time, they call after 15 mins to tell me that I missed the appointment but not thought of calling before. I never missed an appointment before, but consideration does not seem like one of the values for the company.
