A very nice man named Anthony helped me from start to finish! He requested photos of the issues, and from them gave me advice on what to do. A few other plumbing services contacted me, too, and all gave the same advice. I went with Anthony because he got back the fastest & was trustworthy from the start (and also the company had stellar reviews on Yelp). Through the week we arranged the item I needed, I paid for it to be picked up at the Home Depot convenient for him. It was over 100lbs & I am truly grateful Anthony handled pickup & delivery. Come Thursday Anthony & his associate Miguel arrived to my home & brought the unit up my stoop + two flights of stairs, and swapped my old commode out for the new one within two hours! I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, care & work Anthony & his people afforded me. They saved Christmas! Bless you, Anthony & Miguel! When I need help in the future, you will be my first call!

Contact me no further Update to business owner. Jay came to my house on 10/7. I have a receipt with your business name on it for the $175 I paid in cash, as he required. Have a lovely day. I was very surprised at the very lax/vague statement of work, the proposed price tag of $25,000 and the fact that when I wouldn't sign at 9:00 PM, the quote paperwork was taken away. I ended up with a master plumber who determined the cause and repaired the pipes for a fraction of the proposed amount.

Even better, there was no extra charge for a Saturday service call. The technician arrived at my home in less than an hour and was friendly, courteous, and professional from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained my options without any pressure, and had the problem resolved in just a few minutes. I also found the pricing to be very fair and affordable. It's refreshing to find a plumber who is responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. If you're looking for prompt, reliable service at a reasonable price, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I'll definitely be calling them again if I ever need plumbing services in the future.

After a long and frustrating search for a co-op-compliant plumber in Brooklyn, I finally found Joe…read moreThe Plumber and they were definitely worth the effort. I needed multiple plumbing issues addressed in a Sheepshead Bay co-op: * replacement kitchen faucet installation * correction/replacement of under-sink piping (brass trap & waste bends) in bathroom and kitchen * shower trim/valve compatibility work Unlike several other plumbers I contacted, Joe was fully prepared to handle co-op requirements, including providing a COI (Certificate of Insurance) with the necessary coverage levels. If you live in a NYC co-op, you already know how huge that is! A few things I especially appreciated: * They stayed within their original estimated range (~$1900-2400), even though the project required a second visit after we discovered my older Kohler valve needed a retrofit adapter that no longer ships with current trim kits. * Communication was responsive and straightforward. * They clearly knew their way around older NYC plumbing situations and co-op logistics. * They accommodated the work during boiler/heating season (October), when many plumbers were either fully booked or unwilling to deal with co-op paperwork at all. One useful lesson for other co-op owners: if possible, bundle multiple plumbing issues into one project. The insurance/admin overhead for co-op work is real, and combining repairs makes the job much more practical for everyone involved. The final result was clean, professional work, updated piping, and fixtures that finally feel stable and correctly installed after years of patchwork fixes and contractor weirdness. Would absolutely use them again!
