No expenses or time for her services were incurred. She claimed a 'no cancellation policy' but can't provide any agreement or contract because it's ludicrous, and no contract was signed. I tried to contact Melissa multiple times to no availability or response. It's a shame that a good really friend of mine referred me to this woman.
