He did show at the next appt during our scheduled appt time, measures a few windows and I had to track down quote because he forgot to send. We really didn't know the difference between blinds, shades, shutters, etc, but he brought us catalogs and we recognized shutters as the "window treatments" we liked best having stayed in air-bnbs. Turns out we have great taste, because this is NOT the cheapest way to go, but they worked with us on the cost so we could get what we wanted without breaking our budget. Now that the shutters are installed, I'm so glad we were able to make it happen. Our home looks completely transformed. The turn-around time was most impressive. A co-worker told me we might have to wait 2-3 months for shutters to be manufactured. We also recently replaced our windows and didn't want to re-hang the old blinds. Express Blinds had custom shutters made for 18 windows, a sliding door, and a half-circle window in 3 weeks!
