Spicy Bison Sausage Rigatoni (5/5) was cooked perfectly. The sausage was complemented well with the acidity and delicate sweetness of the pasta sauce. The mushrooms were a great addition and the parmesan really tied in all the flavours together. We had the option to have it not spicy, mild or hot.
