So, all the good service and reasonably good food was ruined by Swifty's trying to either take advantage of customers incrementally hundreds of times a day (order by order) - or - they have a location chef and manager who tolerate food leaving their kitchen that is not as advertised or up to the standard which allowed them to open 3 locations. It's one or the other. Will we be back? I don't know. We really wanted this to be great. We live in the Northwest Corner of CT, my son goes to college in Rochester, this location is literally (to the mile) half-way between. We make the trip weekly due to his athletics schedule. Since I was alone, I took a comfortable seat at the bar and sampled a few beers, probably chatting with the bartenders and owner a bit too much (though they were all very nice, attentive, and helpful). The hazy IPAs I tried were quite good, particularly "The Wilds," and the sour beer on draft was delicious. I had already had a couple of drinks elsewhere, so I couldn't try as many as I would have liked, but they had plenty of cans available to go, which I eagerly grabbed.
