After waiting about five minutes, I was nearly ready to leave, but another staff member came in and kindly seated us. Unfortunately, the service remained very slow throughout the meal. Nearly everything took 20-30 minutes, and we eventually had to flag down staff ourselves to keep things moving. There was also an error with one of our sides, and our appetizer bread only came after we flagged someone down to ask about it. The food was actually quite good and ultimately saved the experience. Highlights were the focaccia bread, crispy fish tacos, and Brussels sprouts. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but there is significant room for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and customer service. Several members of the team could benefit from additional training.

So we went. Only thing good was the simulator we booked the VIP. The food was absolutely awful. When in New Hartford I like the local solid spots. Service was extremely slow. I won't blame the servers fault it was just her. I can honestly say I will not go back. I'm actually mad I came to New Hartford and couldn't even get chicken tenders or boneless wings cooked correct. I hate posting these because I support small business. Total waste of money.
