First time at a professional spa which was recommended by my coworkers. SO HAPPY I WENT. I booked a…read morecouple weeks in advance by calling and telling them the services I wanted. I think that's easier than trying to book multiple services online. Anyway, I went alone Wednesday as a pre-birthday celebration. It was so relaxing. I came early to enjoy tea and rub my feet on the salt domes in the waiting area. There are skincare products and even jewelry that you can look at if you wish. Red light therapy 7/10: The worker was very clear with her instructions. It was a nice 20 minutes away from my phone. Chairs weren't too comfy in this booth. I had some time to sit down with my feet on the salt domes again, drinking my tea. Maaan, I would give the salt domes a 10/10 just by themselves. I tend to have cold feet so they made my feet feel LOVELY, especially with this cold weather. Zen bed 8/10: super relaxing, warm bed. Ocean sounds. Heated & weighted eyemask. I almost fell asleep. Coconut scalp massage + 30 minute custom massage 8/10: My masseuse was soft spoken and listened when I asked for a little more pressure. She even recommend that I try a deep tissue massage next time. She did a great job focusing on my neck which is what I asked for. Again, the bed was warmed. The room's lighting was very aesthetic. Really set the mood.

Amazing hidden gem! Loved everything here. Spent time in the salt room and left feeling refreshed…read moreand relaxed. Then had a facial with Antoinette that left me feeling wonderful. Highly recommend this place if you're in need of a little me time to unwind! Can't wait to go back!!

Rarely do I leave reviews if it doesn't help to promote, but I felt it was necessary, given "my"…read moreexperience in getting eyelash extensions. Note: again, this was my experience and my very first time at this salon but NOT my first time getting lashes. Pros: Crystal was professional, courteous. Salon was clean. Cons: Lash extension poorly applied. I got my eyelash extensions on Saturday, and I had to have the lashes removed the very next day by a different eyelash salon. I arrived on time for my appointment. In fact, I arrived fifteen minutes early but waited in my car because the salon asks that you not arrive until five minutes before your appointment. No problem...just pointing out there was no need to rush the process. I requested Classic Full Set and received part Classic, part Hybrid. That wasn't a problem. The issue was that my lashes were clumped/glued together. I couldn't even brush them using a spooly because they were so stuck and stiff. Lashes grow at different rates. If they are glued together, this could damage the cuticle, causing severe lash loss. To those who've never had lashes, looking at my eyelashes, you might have said they seemed fine. When I looked in the mirror after Crystal was done, I too, thought they looked fine, but as I drove home, I noticed my right outer corner had more lashes than my left and my eye started to droop a little. The more I blinked the worse it became. The lashes were so poorly applied, the professional who removed them ask, "When did you get these lashes put on?" I said, "Yesterday." She was shocked and went on to say the lashes seemed dry/old and probably shouldn't have been used in the first place. Two, she said there was far too much glue applied. Three, some of the extensions were glued to my top lid with my natural lash, which only happens when you place the extension too close to the base of the natural lash. There was even glue on my bottom lid...Crazy! It took her three soaks with lash remover and two lash baths of my natural lashes before she could carefully, slowly, pick away the glue and separate all of my natural lashes...took TWO hours to remove. Removing lash extensions typically only takes about 30 minutes. The lady was so patient, and in the end, asked that I wait a while before getting lashes because my natural lashes were in bad shape after the ordeal.

I've gotten my lashes done at a handful of places in Baltimore and her work has definitely been one of the best. Will definitely be coming back for more!

This is my second visit back in just a few weeks not even! Will be getting a membership here…read more Everything is so fresh, clean, and new. Serena has been there to help me both times and is absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. She knows what she's doing and gives just the right tips to make your experience that much better! Absolutely love the experience. I fell asleep this time being it wasn't my first time now and she said I got good REM sleep during my 90 minute float. I also have done the infrared sauna twice. And hydro massage bed is a perfect way to end your spa day off right! Hours of pure bliss

I absolutely enjoyed my time here my friend recommended this place to me and I decided to book my…read moreappointment. I saw a deal on Groupon for 60 minute floating therapy along with a 15 minute enhancement. I'll begin with the staff. The staff members were very friendly and they greeted me upon entry and asked if I had an appointment. Once I confirmed my appointment with them, They offered me a shower cap and then one of the girls immediately walked me to the spa side of the salon. I'll be honest I forgot their names but they were friendly and nice nonetheless. Next is the place itself. The place itself is very very clean. I can tell that this place is fairly new especially since this particular location was hard to find because there is no sign called "the float spa". This location is actually next to Raymour and Flanigan in the Deptford town center plaza and you have to enter through the "Hello gorgeous" hair salon. once I saw the salon I actually did see a sign in the window but it can easily be missed by someone who is not as familiar with the area. My float pod was very clean and I can tell that they actually do clean in between guests. The lady who helped me was very informative and she provided me with everything that I needed for my stay including ear plugs and a cushioned floating neck rest which was very needed because I cannot flow on my own lol The floating experience is self was very peaceful and I actually did end up falling asleep lol it was very clean in there and it was very warm and comforting especially with the music and the lights. I cannot do lights off in there whatsoever because I am afraid of the dark lol After the float therapy I tried to shower and wash off the salt but that was a fail. I still ended up with salt in the crevices so I ended up showering again once I got home. after showering I was guided to the Hydro massage bed for 15 minutes as an enhancement and that was just the icing on the cake! I understand that this place is still fairly new but one thing I would recommend is to have an actual swimming cap maybe or something to protect our hair because not everybody wants to get their hair wet. the shower cap was a great gesture but still got a little bit of water in my hair. other than that my stay here was excellent and this place truly deserves five stars from me!
